Review: Poor experience all round - The pen did not find the meridian points which was one of the reasons I chose this item rather than cheaper options It also does give you a shock on your thumb where your thumb has to be in contact with the metal plate Finding it difficult to get a refund as well So overall a bad experience

A: Yes. I've used it on my babies for ear infections and on my family for headaches. You have to hold the machine and then touch the person with your hand against their skin to complete the grounding cycle.

A: There is definitely a shock but you determine intensity. I turn it up higher than my husband.
