Just started to use product. Garage floor new and very powdery cement laid down. Swept up as much cement dust as possible and applied the Bostic product. It was easy to apply and dried quickly. I was impressed by the low coverage rate. After 1 st coat will probably apply a second in main ware areas.

Excellent product. Although the product states indoor use, I used this to seal an outside slope. Previously the top layer of concrete on the slope was washing away in the rain leaving a powdery residue over the drive way. Once sealed the surface was stabilised and after several weeks of heavy rain the surface remains sealed and protected. This is so easy to use. I highly recommend this product as it solved my problem with one coat.

Applied this to a brand new bare concrete slab in a garage. My main aim was to reduce dusting before laying rubber mats, rather than fully waterproofing the floor. I applied it with a standard roller and paint tray. It’s quite thin and watery, so be careful of splashing. A deeper tray would have helped. I only applied one coat. The 5L container covered roughly 30m² in my case as I used every drop. I applied it in November in an external garage, so drying time was longer than ideal in places, particularly where the slab was colder. It does dry clear, but it slightly darkened the concrete, which didnt much matter to me. Most importantly, it has significantly reduced surface dusting. That alone made it worthwhile for my use case. If you’re sealing a new slab and mainly want to stop concrete dust, one coat appears sufficient - but I suppose if it's high traffic or no matts I would have gone with 2.

Did exactly what I needed . I’d had a new base laid for my sectional garage so needed to seal it before applying garage floor paint for my workshop space ( area 19’ x 10’) . The concrete had been laid been dried out but had left a very dusty surface . Following the instructions I brushed ( and vacuumed ) the surface to try and make it as debris free as possible . Application was easy with a high pile roller. Going on with a white hue so you can easily see where you’ve been … and not been . Drying time was as instructed. Very happy with the results . Seemly it sealed the dried out concrete garage floor well ready for garage floor paint . Only grumble is I only used just over half so a fair bit of waste.

My garage was endlessly filled with dust so I gave this a go. Absolutely perfect. Easy to apply (be sure to use a paint roller that's designed for thicker paint or gloss) and dried quickly. Scrub the floor with disinfectant first and let it dry overnight, and remember not to apply 2 coats, as once it's dry it's done
