LifeStride Women's Risquette Espadrille

I ordered these with some trepidation based on other reviews, but went ahead since there was a free returns promo. My feet are very flat and a bit wide across the ball, but narrow in the heel. Most wide-width shoes are too wide in at least one of those places.I ordered these in a 10C, based on the other reviewers' comments about the toes being narrow and the length being short. These are perfect in both measurements for me. While I don't expect them to last very long (typical espadrille jute soles) the the soft fabric may not hold up, I feel like I got a good deal and a great price.The color is slightly more of a grayish-tan to me rather than the linen tan on my monitor, and there is a definite all-over metallic sheen. These are still neutral enough to wear with a dress, skirt, or shorts.

I anxiously awaited the arrival of this pair of shoes. Finding cute, wide width shoes is becoming increasingly difficult. I don't think I've ever encountered a narrower pair of shoes that were labeled as wide width and a pair that fits well has been an issue for me since my first pair of walking shoes as a toddler. I normally can wear just about any shoe that is considered wide. Even the Bjorns that are B/C. These manufacturers really need to have a more standard definition. My pinky toe could barely get into the fabric of the shoe and the sole was so narrow that it left about 1/2 inch of foot with nothing underneath it.The fabric is beautiful; it is a little metallic in the linen color and the style is adorable. I am tremendously disappointed and am running out of options of where to find a decent pair of shoes.

I love the look of these shoes and the low heel. They run slightly narrow and a hair long. One shoe fit well, but in the other, my foot extended beyond the bed of the shoe on the outer side. I can't tell if it is a defect in the construction of the shoe or the narrowness, but my other foot doesn't extend over. I've never had any issues that would suggest I have one regular width foot and one wide foot (Lord knows I have enough other body issues!), so my main recommendation is to buy a wider width than normal. They look great on and are comfortable otherwise. I have other Life Stride shoes that are the only dressy shoes I've EVER had that were comfortable, so I'm still a fan.

Tried them on but haven't worn them yet. The fit seems fine, however, i was surprised to see the width was wide; since I have a narrow foot. I must have ordered wide by accident since I was so happy to see it available in 9 1/2 instead of a 9 or a 10., i didn't notice the width.Because they seem to fit me, the width must run very narrow.Also, when I just went to check the width size I realized the shoe size isn't on the shoes or the generic box in which they were sent. This does seem unusual to me.

These shoes were cute, but they were two different shoes when I received them. They looked very similar until you looked up close and saw that the detail in the jute on the toe and heel were not the same. I had to return it and unfortunately there was not another in my size.

I liked the shoe style, it looked very comfortable. And when I received them I put them on they felt good, but just a bit snug across the span of the toes. So, I felt to return them for a bigger size, would be futile, since the length is perfect. I will just have to suffer through a longer breaking-in process.

I really loved these shoes. The run small and narrow. I ordered the 7W... all of my shoes are 7W. These didn't even fit onto my feet. :( If you have a foot that works for these, I am certain that you will like them. They are nice for summer office shoes.

This has an open toe and it's very narrow at the toes. The back strap falls down but that could be because of the way my foot/ankle is shaped. I don't have that indention above the heel like most people. I've tried sticky tape but it doesn't hold.
