As many reviewers indicated: difficulty to install. In brief: 1. The water inlet to the tank is hidden inside at the bottom back of the tank. Once the toilet is installed, it leaves no space to reach it. YOU MUST CONNECT THE WATER LINE FIRST TO THE TOILET BEFORE THE TOILET. OTHERWISE YOU HAVE TO UNINSTALL EVERYTHING. 2. Be prepared with a small ranch to fix the screw from the side holes. 3. The screws that fix the toilet covers are also hidden behind the toilet, you got have to do it if you want to install a washlet. Or you have to remove the whole toilet off. 4. This one piece toilet is heavy. I have to use a small winch to lift it up above the drainpipe, then align and low down. 5. The sucking force of the toilet seems not strong as I expected. It works ok when the quantity of waste is minimum. ----------- Following ups: Despite of the difficulties, it turns out a reasonable nice piece of product. In addition, the sellers have great responses for the questions raised.

I was in the process of replacing my old toilet's seal when I discovered that the bolts that held the tank to the base had completely rusted and several parts were shot. Seemed pointless, since the toilet was over 40 years old, to try to get parts to repair it. I needed a toilet that was no more than 26" tall and had to fit into a very small bathroom. This seemed ideal and it was. Installation is a snap and unlike other toilets you buy, this company includes all the parts you need including the wax ring. The only real issue is that it is extremely tricky to center the toilet onto the flange bolts since you cannot see what you are doing and even trickier to get your hand into the small holes to screw on the nuts. Othewise, there's really nothing to put together. The toilet comes securely packed, encased in a thick Styrofoam sarcophagus. The company clearly doesn't want to take any chances with breakage. I chose to use one of the better than wax gaskets instead of the wax, only because when you are trying to center and place the toilet on the flange by yourself, changes are about 1000% that you will miss the mark and ruin the wax ring and then have to start all over with a new wax seal. The toilet looks great, operates great, and is a great value. My biggest concern was that because of the large toilet base, it was going to hit my water supply. My water supply line is much closer to the toilet than it is in most regular size bathrooms. However, the design of the toilet allows for enough carve out space in the back for it to fit. Yes! So pleased!

This Horow ADA toilet was installed as a part of a bathroom renovation for accessibilty. It has an attractive, contemporary skirted style & fits the small space perfectly. Additionaly, the ADA height of 17+" is indeed a comfortable height. The flush is surprisingly powerful and cleans the entire bowl with a single flush. Most importantly, the Horow customer support is superior. They were quick to respond and proactively stayed in regular contact. It turned out to be a simple question, but the follow-up was excellent. It was refreshing to experience this level of personal attention & support from a company today. (Renovation is incomplete as of this posting) I am very happy withy this choice and would definitely buy a Horow product again.

UPDATED 4 weeks of using. It looks great & fits perfectly in my half bath. It's comfortable. Seat height is awesome. Easy to clean. Pros: Easy to clean. Looks Good from the ground up, except the short water tank. Cons: Seat and Cover takes 30+ seconds to close. The flush buttons are not easy to get to. I recommend a much taller water tank not the short one, for both looks and easier button access. It weighs 110 lbs. Moving it to install, especially lifting it over bolts to install is not easy if not a lot of room to do so. The holes for your hands to reach through to tighten it down are too small. There's no way anyone could reach around the back against a wall to tighten the bolts. Small hands will work through the holes on the side, but why not make the holes large since plastic fillers are going into them anyway? Pros point two: I have a new toilet in a half bath downstairs, it looks good, it works.

Notes & Hints: We installed in a very tight space and there was only room for 1 person. Don't use a Wax Toilet Ring. If you miss the alignment you'll have to cleanup the mess. I used a Danco Perfect Seal. What worked best for me was placing a 2X4 at the front of the flange and picking the toilet up and moving it all the way to the back wall and putting it down. It was almost perfectly placed and went over the flange bolts very easily after removing the 2x4. My wife needs handrails and the seat we have is not Soft Close (Bemis). I found a Soft Close seat with Rails but Harow says it won't work. Damn if I can see why not.

I needed a compact toilet but really wanted the elongated seat. None of the regular manufacturers carried in the box stores were compact enough. This toilet fit the dimensions with an inch or two to spare. It’s comfortable, looks nice, is easy to clean and works as a toilet should. Not to mention was cheaper than the ones at the box stores.

We have 2 of these bought in June 2023 and they are so chic & easy to keep clean. The height is great for tall people. We bought them 2 years ago and the only complaint is the part you sit on is not top quality. However this company has excellent service. We winterized the home and were away during Arctic cold and came home to a broken toilet: a side piece of ceramic had broken off. HOROW REPLACED it even tho it was no longer under warranty. WOW!!

The toilet is of sleek design and extremely functional. The compact tank is highly efficient and does an excellent job. It is extremely powerful with its 1,000 UPC per flush is very powerful. The only reason for 4 stars due to the plastic seat. Still can't go wrong with this purcase!

Great product, well built. Comes with everything you need, low flush, right height seat. Looks ultra modern, would not hesitate to buy again plus it fits under the banjo of the kitchen counter with 5-6” of clearance to flush. Very quiet toilet and CB probably the best wax ring ever to come with a toilet. It is a heavy toilet though.

The toilet arrived in excellent condition. There was no difficulty with the installation. It fit the small space as I was limited to the height.

An amazing toilet. Easy to install. Comfortable to sit on. Works beautifully. Slow closing toilet seat is very welcome especially when you have kids. Very well made. It will be east to replace the innards when the time comes. Very happy with my choice.

I had been looking for a toilet for nearly two years. I tried all the hardware stores, bathroom showrooms, Costco, Kohler and American Standard web sites. All I wanted was a tall toilet with smooth sides for easy cleanup. Then I tried Amazon and it had huge selection at half the price of a Kohler toilet. I ordered the toilet right away and it arrived earlier than it was expected. Loving this new throne.
