Resolved my foot pain
My podiatrist recommended this brand for my heel spurs/plantar fasciitis/achilles fasciitis along with a new pair of good sneakers. I chose the sizing based on my shoe size and they fit absolutely perfectly with no trimming needed. The insoles have a modest arch which was infinitely better than what the shoe came with. After just one day of wearing them, I felt significant pain relief in my heel and arch. The memory foam is very comfortable and lightweight. Additionally, I had zero pain in my arthritic big toe which was a huge improvement. Previously I had tried some Dr Scholls inserts I found in the drugstore but they don't even compare to the Powerstep. They are definitely worth the price.

Great comfort and feet support.
Please support these are fabulous. They were recommended to me by my podiatrist, and I noticed the difference in my ankle pain. I highly recommend them when they're on sale. I took a star off because of the huge price increase. I paid $35.

Fantastic! Highly recommended by Podiatrist!
I had purchased a new pair of hiking boots. I made sure to break them in before wearing them on my trip. Unfortunately, when I came home, my feet were killing me. I made an appointment with a Podiatrist. In the meantime, I did exercises, massages, and even bought a pair of Birkenstocks to wear around the house instead of bare feet. By the time I saw the Podiatrist, everything was fine but I'm glad I still went. She said I was doing the correct exercises and everything else. It just happens that I have thin soles. She said to NEVER walk barefoot at home for long periods of time, which was what I was doing before my trip. She said the Birkenstocks were great instead of flat sandals. She also highly recommended these insoles instead of Dr. Scholls. I bought them and inserted them into the hiking boots and they felt amazing! After my recent trip, I did not experience any foot discomfort. So happy to have purchased these! I was also told that Sketchers Go Walk were good for walking. With anything, you have to get used to the feel so wear and/or use anything before you go on an extended trip.

Very Confortable, But Does Not Last
These have been probably one of the most comfortable insoles I have worn. They took about a week of use for them to break in and get very comfy. However, over about a year of use, tge memory foam on these insoles have very badly worn away. I am also not a very active person. The wear in my pictures is from mostly walking in them every once in a while for a year. I've read comments that the memory foam variation is not as good as PowerStep's other insoles. I am now trying a non-memory foam insole from PowerStep and hope that it lasts better than this.

Good product
My husband has a bad Achilles tendon and seems to think these inserts help. He replaces them once a year. Overall, I feel they are worth the price for some relief! True to size and have fit all of his shoes types.

Why wait? See your doctor and appropriate specialists as needed. It worked for me.
At my doctor's direction and specifications, I bought these insoles and they are great. My walking is much better and I can walk at a bit faster pace and length, most days. I have more endurance for longer walks, too. At my age (77), I don't expect miracles, but my walking is much improved. My foot doctor - "Podiatrist", right? - knows his stuff.
