Archery Target - Backyard Straw Archery Target for Recurve Compound or Longbow - 20 Inch Traditional Bow Arrow Target for Kids Youth Adult Archery Hunting Practice

After 3 days of shooting I am happy with this target. At my draw of 32 inches pulling around 43 pounds, carbon arrows are punching through the target an average of five inches from a distance of 40 feet. The penetration does not bother me. At fifty pounds, there is a bit more penetration. I would recommend the seven layer target if you would like better stopping ability. Arrows are easy to remove. The colors are fun. I enjoy this target for its natural materials. It should not be left out over night, nor used with a compound bow. We will see how long it lasts. It appears to be reasonably priced.

I would recommend some sort of backer for this target. I used it with two bows, one a handmade PVC stick bow with wood arrows, and the other a small hand crossbow. The stick bow is more powerful than it looks and sent the arrow deep into the target from 20 yards. The small hand crossbow had a habit of going through it from the same distance. Not quite all the way but enough to hit the wood siding of the shed I had placed it against. Time will tell how it adjusts after more arrows rearrange the material.

Good sturdy target. Practice arrows work well on this.

I use this for recurve bows and crossbows. The crossbow bolts will pretty much go all the way through so needs a hard stop, I am using a plyboard. The paints do chip away eventually but it is holding up way more than I expected it to.

I am only using a 35# recurve at 12 to 18 yards and the center is about shot out. It is messing up my fletchings. I don't recommend this kind of target if you consistently hit the center.

Another review said to get the thick one and forget about it. Yep, you don't need the others if you're a beginner. Great product, sturdy, does the trick. Perfect if you're starting out. Feel like my beginner bow and arrows would go through the other thinner ones. Great product!

My daughter loves this!! It’s incredibly thick it’ll last for years. The quality is fantastic. It’s woven together perfectly. It came box nicely was easy to set up. The design is bright and colorful. I would definitely purchase this again. She’s able to hit the target every time she tries. It’s easy to put on the fence and take down.

Pilarna går igenom med min 30 lbs båge och fick sätta bunt band runt om för att den skulle hålla ihop. Ett par pillar i mitten så måste jag banka tillbaka den då den börjar bukta ut ca 4cm.

Advert says "For bows that are more than 35lbs, the 5 layer targets will be better". This is incorrect, a 60lb compound will go straight through. On the second shot the string holding it broke. On the fourth shot the centre came out of the target. A target that lasts four shots?......

I hang this from a tree as target practice and its been a great target so far, the colours are easy to see from a distance, its a decent size and well put together, does what you expect it to do, would purchase this again if i needed to. Used for a couple of months so far and is still going strong.
