These have a pleasant consistency, almost like a custard, and taste really good. They're not sickeningly sweet like some other gels I've tried. I also dont feel like my mouth is super dry after I've taken them. Fave flavour is banana strawberry.

Delivery was fast, and the range of flavors makes it easy to find one that works for you. Looking forward to testing these on long runs to see how they perform in terms of energy and stomach comfort. Edit: I tried the Campfire S'mores today.. it was very creamy and tasty. Easy to eat while running too. I had it at my 10KM mark. It will be good to have a quick drink of water right after eating - makes it easier for absorption.

Si es la primera vez que los vas a probar, considera que son geles, la consistencia es G E L. puede llegar a ser empalagoso y el sabor entre opciones es parecido pero si varía, es complicado de describir, pero sobre todo espera un sabor dulce y pegajoso. Si piensas que puedes "comerte" la mitad y después una segunda mitad, puede llegar a ser algo complicado ya que el sobre no se vuelve a cerrar una vez abierto. Yo lo compré para consumir durante horas de nado, es algo complicado nadar y comerlo al mismo tiempo por su consistencia, pero es MUY BUENO y yo en lo personal siento un boost de energía muy notorio; por eso lo recomiendo.
