Is this good for extreme dry eye? If so what do I order?

I don't know what you mean by "extreme" (constant? recurrent? painful? unbearable?) - and not being a Homeopathy Practitioner, it wouldn't help if I did know. Dry eyes can be an early sign of serious disease processes. Bear in mind that I'm not intending to say anything that the FDA or AMA wouldn't like, just relating my personal experience - the people I have known whose dry eyes developed into nastier conditions were not helped by the mainstream medical establishment, which doesn't seem to have a protocol for these nasty "unknown cause and no known drugs help" afflictions, but some or my friends were healed or helped by "alternative" therapies, such as Emotional Release, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Energy Medicine. You might try Googling "Gary Craig Unseen Therapist" or "Donna Eden Energy Medicine" for examples, or seeing if your local Acupuncturist can help any. A Homeopathic Practitioner would know which dosages apply to which conditions - to them for instance 6c can be quite different than 30c. I use the 30c version (because from experience I know that they work well) whenever I wake up with dry eyes, which is usually after a long computer session before bed. When I use them - 2 balls dissolved under the tongue - the discomfort goes away in a few minutes. I believe the general Homeopathy "rules" say that Homeopathic remedies are not for routine or repeated use because when used "properly" they heal the Cause rather than the Symptoms, but I use them for Symptoms whenever and as often as I need them - for instance, this one; Boiron Borax for any mucus membrane wounds; Historical Remedies "Calm" lozenges for Restless Legs; either Boiron or Historical Remedies Arnica for back pain; etc.
