Firebrick Fire Board Heat Proof Brick Vermiculite Fireboard 240 X 303 X 25MM

Arrived quickly and well packaged. I had it cut to size and fitted to my stove in 5 minutes. I’m not sure of the quality yet as I haven’t lit the stove but it seems fine, possibly not very dense due to the weight but it should do the job.

Super fast delivery/dispatch. High quality vermiculite. Easily cut with a standard saw & installed into the wood burner without a hitch. Will come to these guys again.

Have no idea about durability as I only had it delivered on Friday and I fitted it a couple of hours later. What I can say is that it arrived safely with no broken bits, it was easy to cut to shape, but then I only needed to cut a straight line. It was subjected to its first fire the same evening and as far as I can tell it’s still in one piece the next day. If it lasts longer than the OEM fire brick that the wood stove came with then I’ll be happy and whilst it wasn’t quite big enough to fit perfectly after cutting, the off cut filled in the gap. The original OEM fire brick lasted three months from new before it cracked, it then managed to hang on for two months of this winter before disintegrating, so about 11 fires, hence my purchase of this one. I think it should be good value for the money but only heat, time and use will determine that. Very fast delivery though as opposed to the OEM who told me I’d have to wait three or more weeks for delivery.

Saw this and was extremly sceptical that a product that feels like chipboard could actually be used like a firebrick. Well I gave it a go, cut the boards to size with a stanley knife and they fitted like a glove into my wood burner. Well blow me down sideways, the hype was as good as it gets. Full log fire and only a slight soot mark the next morning. Protects and doesn't mark, burn or crack. What more do you need. Easy to cut and fit and it looks clean, tidy and these panels have given a new lease of life to my burner as the old fire trading bricks were crumbling to dust. For less than fifty pounds I've completely renewed all the old fire bricks and with the simple use of a stanley knife it took less than an hour to cut the panels and fit them. Great value for money.

Good product, cuts easily to fit using a saw and much lower cost than pre-cut board.

Very pleased with quality and speedy delivery

The product image show multiple boards, so you assume that's what you are getting, but only one board arrived. My own fault for not checking the reviews, I bought in a hurry as they were needed next day, but on fairness, the image should not show multiple boards if that's not what you are getting. The actual board arrived in perfect condition.
