No it doesn’t, but I don’t think you need it if you brush the hairs up straight then use cling film.

The kit doesn’t come with the plastic to cover your eyebrows?

Brow lift kit does not come with plastic wrap but you can use almost any part of plastic shopping bag or cling film. I hope this helped you.

How long does it lasts?

It lasts up to 3-8 weeks.And in order to get a better result, do not let cosmetic or water contact with your lashes for 24 hours to ensure the lift correctly sets into shape.
