What size are the capsule's for the 20mg?

I don't know a measurement but they're a fairly standard medium sized capsule. Like a mid sized vitamin - not the super big ones like iron pills, but somewhat bigger than the blue&red acetaminophen capsules. Not sure how helpful that is.

would this help increase lithium level? I had a lab test and it is low, my Dr appt is not until weeks from now, and was checking something vegan...

My doctor panicked when I told her I was taking this. She expects me to have toxic levels from it. I still test low but mood issues are much improved. I wouldn’t take anything if I were not experiencing symptoms.

I’ve experienced no weight gain. There isn’t a lot of research articles on lithium orotate at this time. This is considered a microdose of lithium because it is a different salt form than lithium carbonate. Lithium carbonate is known for weight gain due to causing hypothyroidism when at high doses. It is less common to gain weight with this but some may gain weight if they have not been eating due to stress/anxiety and as they start to feel better they begin eating well again.
