I’ve taken the Turk 500mg for I think 3 months now and really enjoy it, hope it doesn’t get taken off Amazon! This is higher percentage than most others I’ve seen since they all say 10 or 20% so I’m happy with it, seems to be good quality. I take 3 capsules daily! They’re easy to take no side effects for me, as far as I can tell but honestly haven’t been paying attention lol. I’m 24 I weight 202 and I’m 6’3 this has definitely helped in the gym recently I noticed endurance increase around 3 weeks or so.

I don't really think this did much for me. The data is kind of scant. The container was good. Felt more professional but still I dont think its worth it, and I don't think I will try it again.

I had been taking this Turk for many months and for various reasons(nothing bad) I decided to stop taking it to see how it felt. After a few days in the gym I could definitely notice a difference. I was still as strong but the strength was not as solid as when I was on the Turk, and it was harder to get the pump. I was off the Turk for about 4 months, and because of a shoulder injury which set back my gains, I decided to start taking this product again. I immediately felt better in the gym after taking this Turk, I had that grunt. That solid brute strength again, and the pump was back a lot more. My shoulder injury felt warm and didn't hurt as much. This Turkesterone works! You must be strength training to get results from Turkesterone. Its not like HMB. Don't expect to take Turk and then not put in the work to get the physique you want. Works great. After about a week i have noticibley more energy and even have better rest. I have faster recovery at the gym too.

I have only been using this since November 1st but I do feel like it has improved and increased my lifts.

I didn't know what to rate this so I gave it a 3, not because its a bad product but because it gave me headaches when I took it. This may not affect you I'm just telling what happened to me. I only used 4 of them and it would have been nice if I culd have gotten a refund but it is what it is. So please just be cautious and always consult your Dr. Black Forest also has a stellar reputation with their supplements so this review is not a dig at BF or the seller.
