Brain fuel ⛽ catalyst
I bought to help control inches round my waist. Sad to report not much going on just yet. However, as part of morning stack it has improved my energy levels. Moreover, I have experienced a positive boost immediately cognitively. L carnitine is a well studied amino acid. The capsules are average size and easy to consume.no weird smell and zero taste.

Be aware of side affects with antidepressants
First days of using I felt fine which I must say the product is working . Unfortunately after that I started to feel exhausted with panic attacks through the night. When I read more about it, I found out it increases the serotonin in your body. If you are on antidepressants,,be aware it will increase it even more which may cause issues.

Who knows if these things work. There's no way to measure. I don't notice a difference after months. If only I could test my levels

Good value enough to take one-each morning... Seems less immediate in effect than pure-powder but burns fat all day and clears the brain-fog...

This product is slightly more expensive that the powdered version however what it lacks in quantity it makes up for in convenience and peace of mind regarding dosage.
