I thought these tins were overpriced until I bought cheaper ones. These tins cost ₹300 each. The cheaper ones I bought cost ₹150 each. Both are exactly the same size (measuring an accurate 7 x 3.5 x 3.5 inches) and made using the same materials, but the craftsmanship is very different. The cheaper ones have poor joints, make rattling noises, and are irregularly shaped. Because of this, one tin has a very tight lid and the other has a very loose lid. These have precise shapes and joints, make no rattling noises, and have smooth lid closures because of consistent shapes. I don't think these are expensive anymore. I regret choosing the cheaper ones thinking both would be of the same quality

The cake made comes out with amazing texture. Easy to cut into sq/rectangular pieces. Also good for making bread at home. Have not tried anything else yet.

Quality of the tin is alright though not the best. Also when in use, it leaks the oil used for greasing the sides. It's smaller than what I thought and can be used for small sized loaves of about 300 g.
