There’s nothing quite like a cup of hot coffee to start the day right, and this one truly hit the mark. Rich, aromatic, and perfectly brewed, every sip was smooth and satisfying. The flavor was bold without being bitter, with just the right balance of depth and warmth. What I loved most was how fresh it tasted – no burnt aftertaste, just pure, comforting goodness. It stayed hot for a surprisingly long time too, which is a huge plus for someone like me who tends to sip slowly while working or reading. Whether you're looking to jumpstart your morning or need a mid-day pick-me-up, this hot coffee is a winner. Simple, classic, and delicious. Highly recommend!

I tried this on a whim. I bought it first, directly from Jot. I wanted the little "free" travel mug they offered. I planned on that being a one and done, but instead, I'm hooked. I switched to Amazon Sub&Save as the price is much better. About the coffee: The serving size is one Tablespoon, which is 150mg of caffeine; more than a cup of coffee, less than an energy drink. For me, I get all the wakey-uppy, with zero jitters. I also don't get the weird after a cup of coffee lethargy that sometimes leaves me needing a nap. I can only take one serving a day, and if I don't have it early enough, I will be wide awake at bed time. I use this exclusively to make "dirty coffee sodas". Typically a dirty Dr Pepper is Dr P on ice with coconut and lime juice. I use coconut creamer and a squirt of lime juice, and a Tablespoon (or less for a short shift) of Jot. For myself and my coworkers, it's addictively delicious. Also good in a root beer with a splash of cream. I keep one each in the home and work fridges with this cute little SS measuring spoon attached.

Enjoyable product all around, super convenient and quick, and doesn't upset your stomach. Great option to have for those "no time" moments when you need a cup but are in a hurry. I've even taken a few tbsp in a small 2 oz glass bottle on a plane flight with me to ensure I have good coffee while traveling, and added to milk on the plane for a latte on the go! Flavor is solid, robust and not too bitter. The taste definitely fits into the category of "quick coffee" – not the same as fresh, but this stands up as one of the better options out there for the convenience and worth a try if you're investigating those options. (NOTE: My review is specifically for this as a quick coffee solution – acknowledging that all concentrates/instant options clearly taste inferior to fresh brewed coffee or espresso. So please take that into consideration!)

I've been getting this trio for many months- liked the taste & ease of use for my early morning iced coffee. This past subscription, I opened the seal on the bottle of mocha coffee & the top literally burst off the bottle. The resulting disaster in my kitchen was horrific. I was cleaning coffee from the cabinets, ceiling, floor & everywhere in between. I had just gotten out of the shower but had Mocha coffee all over myself & in my hair. This wasn't a mess I needed to deal with at 4am. Needless to say, it took me almost an hour to clean my kitchen & then needed another shower. I didn't get my coffee that morning & saying I wasn't happy, doesn't begin to describe my mood at work that morning. I have the two remaining bottles which I haven't opened because I'm afraid they may do the same thing. I'm canceling my monthly subscription but am out a lot of money for those three bottles. One star is generous given the situation. Buyer beware.

Adds a nice little up to your morning coffee. I only like 1 cup in the morning, but sometimes it’s not rich enough. This adds a bold flavor and a little more strength. I’m giving it 4 stars because I feel it’s a little pricey, but still worth the money.

I’m making the effort to review, because I truly enjoyed the caramel Jot. I tried multiple flavors of another brand (Javvy) due to such high review-ratings, but they all tasted too bitter and off. When I took the chance on this Jot—which is a bigger bottle and slightly cheaper—I was happy I did. I don’t like strong coffee or blunted flavor, and Jot gave me that rich creamy caramel flavor WITHOUT bitterness or feeling that I was drinking “motor oil” when I come across strong coffee, because I’m a coffee wimp (don’t tell anyone 🤫). The bottle size was bigger when compared to competitors, and the added touch of using a cork top made it feel like I was getting a specialty brew. It smelled good, too. I’m sticking with this brand.

I purchased this product just to have an easy way to make coffee since I am able to get hot water from my sink. But I do not like the flavor. It is not rich and bold, like freshly brewed coffee or even the one I can get out of my Keuring machine. It is easy to make, but in my mind, the advantage stops there. Not to mention that it is quite expensive.

This product really amazed me. At first I was skeptical on how coffee could be concentrated but once I added the suggested amount of concentrate to 8 ounces of water, I was truly blown away. This makes making iced coffees in the morning so much easier. Being able to have a chilled coffee to add to my milk in the morning saves me so much time. The container also fits basically anywhere in the fridge and saves me so much room. I recommend this for anyone who likes coffee. Oh! Forgot to mention the amazing taste compared to my chilled K-cups. Having the ability to put the concentrate in the fridge and still get the same great taste makes it so worth it. Perfect amount of caffeine for coffee lovers and tastes like coffee from a shop! It is truly a holy grail. Love it so much!
