Perfect Iron.
Purchased to replace a 15 year old iron sunbeam same model. This new iron is upgraded and does a nice job. hopefully it will last as long as the old one.

Amazing feature of lights to aid in pressing.
I LOVE this iron! 20 years ago, I purchased a Sunbeam Steam Master. When it finally gave out, I was thrilled to see they still had a Steam Master Professional. I love the weight of it, the easy fill water, the features of different steam settings and use of vertical steam which presses out wrinkles in a snap. The best part (especially since I do a lot of sewing and that is what the majority of this iron is used for) are the LED lights at the front of the iron! When I was pressing my black seams open, it was fantastic to have these lights brightly shining right on the seam and a WONDERFUL feature. Thank you for improving an already durable product!

Love it!
Had one for over 15 years! This one came upgraded with light and an easier cord retractability. Works very well and disappears wrinkles immediately even if you donโt use starch. Heat level is adjustable which I love for the different fabrics.

This a very good iron I first used it in a hotel I was staying in and I said I have to buy me one for my home, so I looked it up and found it on Amazon and brought one. Itโs on the pricey side, but itโs worth it to me. Yes I would recommend this iron.

I ordered this iron because it was advertised as having a retractable cord. The iron I received did not have a retractable cord. It's a good quality, reasonably priced iron; however, I'm disappointed that the iron I received differed from the one I ordered.

This iron is dangerous. It will cause serious burns from spewing water.
I have had two previous irons of the same model and they were wonderful. This one, however, is terrible and dangerous. The burst of steam button does not work. The most dangerous thing is that each time I set it up on end a large amount of very hot water shoots out the holes on the bottom. It soaks my ironing board and the floor. The iron arrived while I was on a trip, so when I started using it and discovered this it was too late to return it. I never had these problems with the previous irons. The construction of this iron has degraded greatly. I will be throwing it away.
