I am in love with this, as I love tempeh. And this makes tempeh super easy to carry around and snack on whenever you like. I know what you're thinking, there's a lot of oil in chips. But this company has done a brilliant job using as little oil as possible. The seasoning is excellent, but the tempeh itself is the star. I've been eating tempeh for 40 years -- nearly every day when I am in countries with readily-accessible tempeh (Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia). But this is a great innovation that will make it easy for me to add even more tempeh into my diet. Highly recommended!
