Absolutely fantastic has made cooking so much easier. I like to cook several different items at the same time and when one needs continually stirred, it distracts from me being able to focus on the other pots and pants. This is like having a second person in the kitchen. My wife was the one that really wanted it and I’m the one that probably uses it the most!!

I bought this fully expecting to return it - there was no way this was going to work. I'm happy to say I was wrong and this works well. Tonight I made a roux and used this to keep it stirred. I cooked the roux for 35 minutes and it came out to a beautiful color. The stirrer makes about 5 counter clock wise rotations and then about 1 clock wise rotation. It does an excellent job of keeping the pan stirred.

Says it’s good for soups and sauces but if you have anything in the pot besides liquid it will not move around might be good for gravy that’s about it save your money do not buy this I wish I could return mine didn’t open it right away so that’s my fault

Let me say for starters that I bought this for help cooking down freshly pressed tomatoes at end of season. For that it was perfect. Ran all day on a set of batteries, I had rechargeables so I was able to keep swapping batteries out throughout my several day process. This thing kept working for three or four full days of cooking down tomatoes. Really made a huge difference in the quality of the sauce. I know some people have talked about how it didn't last in that long, and indeed on the last day it started kind of squeaking a bit. Of course, using it to mix a thicker barbecue sauce as I was making that didn't help because it really did not want to move its way through a thicker sauce. As far as the squeaking, well really this thing is similar to a motor that vibrates your phone. It's a DC motor with an offset weight that causes it to vibrate, which results in the stirring action. Well, if you know much about motors, you will know that running something offset like that can be very difficult on the spindle. That's just a fact. So don't expect this thing to run forever because just like any other motor that runs based on imbalance, there are bound to be a few problems. However, for what I needed it for, it worked just right. Now I mentioned the squeak. I unscrewed the base and pulled out the motor and put a little tri-flow on the motor shaft and the squeak went away. I have no doubt that the original DC motor either wasn't properly lubricated or the lubricant works its way out because of the imbalance. But hey, if you can take this thing apart and throw a little oil in there now and again, maybe it will last a little longer. Not sure since I haven't had it long enough, but it worked for me.

I received this as a Christmas present and I recommend it. It has 3 mixing options, from the smallest to the largest.

Not what it is hyped up to be. Bought it But my wife won’t use it.

I used this once and it worked well. However, hours later it turned on by itself and vibrated itself off the counter and broke.

Used thi at Thanksgiving while cooking and loved it ! It was a big help and I would buy again.

Could not with stand heat damaged after one use only.

I luv this gadget, when I'm cooking i can just set this into whatever and stirs for me I never have to worry about anything burning to the bottom of the pot and has different setting for however fast you need to stir. us it all the time and batteries last forever.

Superb product. It loses a star on its rating because it will struggle to stir anything thick and dry like a risotto but very wet things like baked beans, soup and in particular stirs béchamel sauce brilliantly. It is quite loud in an open plan kitchen from the vibrating. Has 3 speeds. Well made. Battery compartment clicks off so it can be submerged for washing and dishwasher safe.

I wish I would have known that it takes four batteries Junkkkkk This feels like it should be at the dollar store that's how cheaply made it is
