Great watch, especially for the cost. Once I figured out how to remove links for better fit on the watch band. Luminous dial poor, bevel doesn’t move, but still great look and value for the cost. Would recommend.

I really liked the watch. It met my expectations and worked perfectly for the occasion I bought it for. I recommend it. The strap is secure, it has an eye-catching design, it's very comfortable, and it's easy to read. It works well underwater, and the build quality is excellent. The size fits your wrist perfectly.

I have a large watch collection. And when my grandson complemented me on the watch's that I ware. I asked him, since his 13 birthday was coming up. Was he interested and ready to start waring a watch. I also explained to my young grandson, the importance of waring a time piece. He was so impressed by my explanation of never being late to any appointment or friends and family gathering as long as he is waring a watch. My grandson is a big kid for his age so I purchased the Casio Men’s Diver Style Stainless Steele Watch which comes with a long battery life. Which is also an excellent time piece and a great first time watch for a young man to ware. ( before he enters his teens) Wow I was so amazed at how his eyes looked at the watch and then at me. When i paid him a surprise visit before his birthday.

Nice everyday watch for the price. I own pricey mechanical/automatic watches, but I bought this because I was looking for a nice-looking, cheap, everyday quartz beater that I didn't have to look after. There's a cool vibe with this one. The blue dial looks pretty much black in low light, and the blue shines brighter the brighter the light gets, to the point where it reveals a bright blue shimmering sunray around the dial as you move the watch. I also bought the black one, but returned it because the dial is a boring matte black with no sunray in bright light. I wear my watches "over the bone" so that they're slightly loose (I don't like a tight fit). This one is very comfortable because of both the strap and the overall light weight. If its position on my wrist shifts, all I have to do is put my arm down, flick my wrist toward me, and it's right back to where I want it to be. Two Cons: 1. The only lume is on the hour and minute hands, but you might as well forget it, because it only lasts about a minute. (This ain't no Seiko.) 2. Don't expect the seconds hand to perfectly align with the indices. IDK, it's a step or two above a Walmart watch - doesn't look as cheap, has a character to it, and also has a date function. I liked it enough to buy two. Cheers!

Ordered this as a daily beater. I was surprised how stylish it looks (much better in person than in photos) and how accurate the timekeeping function is. Costlier watches are gathering dust while I reach for this every morning and wear it everywhere I go. It's a bit heavier than my other watches, but still very comfortable to wear. A super bargain at the price!

6 months and counting of owning it. Quality is great and the it looks like an equal of better than other brands which costs 10 times more . For the price and quality it's a steal

I really like this watch. I don't know why people aren't talking about it as much as a lot of other Casio watches. This Casio punches far above its weight for its current price (~ 40-50$ CAD). The dial looks awesome and the water resistance was much appreciated for my latest snorkeling adventure. I know the Casio Duro is the most well-respected entry-level Casio dive watch, but now that it costs 100+$ CAD, I feel like this MTPVD01D-2BV (say that 3 times fast) is the new entry-level. The bezel doesn't rotate though, so do keep this in mind. Still, if you like how the watch looks, I think it's a no-brainer. Note: I replaced the strap with a blue NATO strap, and I frankly love it.
