Well I am using this wireless mouse for a very long time and it's working perfectly. Overall the experience is very smooth and it got multiple DPI making it even faster and smoother on bigger screen. If you are doing multiple tasks then it's best wireless mouse in market.

We purchased this in Nov this product and after little over a month, the mouse stopped working. Had email to UGreen and they replied promptly and replaced the product.

Superb mouse and the price is really nice. Very quiet with a really comfy grip, so good for the hand. Has a button to set the pointer speed and DPi.

Bought the mouse a month back. Its super quiet and amazing in every way. The only problem, which is also the biggest problem is that the auto power off is so so annoying, the mouse just goes off every 2 mins or so of not touching it.....then you touch it and the curser stays unresponsive.....after it goes to sleep...it doesn't wake up even after touching it or tapping all the buttons....I have to switch off the switch at the bottom and then on it again to make it work.....and then soon again it goes to sleep. Checked all the settings in the computer that might cause usb devices to sleep to save power and turned them off.....but this mouse just doesn't get it!!! Its an excellent mouse which is ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY! because you will end up buying another out of frustration. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! UGREEN do something with your technologies, we dont want 18 hours of battery life by the product not working!!!

Good mouse overall. Only issue i have found is, whenever i remove the USB connector to the laptop (to use the USB port for something else) and then reconnect the USB connector the scroll function of the mouse FLIPS! (basically i have to scroll down to make the page go up and scroll up to make the page go down). I managed to change this by making changes to the registry editor on my laptop. (found the solution online). The mouse is good and no issues with it so far.

For the price you get a silent mouse with back and forth buttons, if it is what you are looking for its great. It also turns itself off when you shut down the laptop which is an amazing feature to save battery life.

This has become my daily use mouse. Have had many different types in the past and it is always a struggle between size, comfort and weight and this has a really nice balance of all of these. The form factor is really nice and contours to my hand perfectly, I normally only get this with quick heavy ones so that was a nice surprise. It is super light so I always pack it with my laptop without thinking. The sensor works really well, as I use it for a laptop I have used it on a lot of different surfaces and haven’t had an issue, the main ones of interest are a wooden table (no mousepad) and a fabric couch - both work perfectly and I don’t need to adjust my movements between the two, both work great. Would highly recommend this as an everyday laptop mouse.
