If you’re looking to make bread, I would definitely recommend this brand because they seem to have very high-quality flower, and they seem to take care of their customers very well. The reason I say that is because the lid was shut tight.

Great buy. Good tasting flour and it’s fresh. It’s very hard to open and not optimal if you bake a lot and use a lot of flour. I made a dozen bagels and 2 loaves of bread and finished it in one baking session.

I’ve been searching for a flour to make sourdough bread. No brand of flour in my local stores worked. This flour works! What little flour I have left of the locally obtained flour will be used when I make fried chicken. For baking, this is now my go to flour.

It’s a big plastic bucket of flour, sealed really well and I’m storing it for emergency purposes. What else is there to say?

A great way to get a large amount of flour that you can keep sealed and once you have put it in the freezer to make sure their is no bugs in the flour, then you can just leave it sealed up until you need it, then you can put it in smaller sealed containers.
