After 25 years, the original toilet flusher stick broke and despite my utter lack of handy skills, I was able to replace it myself with this. The included instructions are easy to follow, it fit perfectly into the tank and I was able to alter the chain length and position so the flapper shut properly. From start to finish, it took me about 10 min, it's worked perfectly in the 3 months since and the affordable price is the cherry on top. I definitely recommend this handle replacement and if I can install it by myself, anyone can!

Easy to install. As other customers have noted, the handle is a bit wiggly, but overall is a good product.

Works well. It is adjustable. Much more durable than the plastic one that came with the toilet when I bought it, and eventually broke. Handle is all metal, and the arm inside is metal as well rather than the plastic one that came on the toilet. Works great, looks great.

Works perfectly for my toilet which may be original to my 1978 house, or not. I’m no plumber and I’ve never done something like this before, but I took a chance that I could do it. Having removed the old broken handle, I was hoping that the new one would follow the same process. It does :) And the opening for the handle is a small square and this fits the small square opening. I had to bend the rod a bit so that it was more parallel to the side (maybe it came that way intentionally). Very sturdy handle. Very happy!

Easy even for a first time attempt from a 69 year old lady. The trick is in getting the chain adjusted so it flushes and closes back tightly, which is an easy thing that just takes trial and error to figure out. Works great. looks great. Really does a nice update to a bathroom that was updated by painting cabinets white with black hardware.

Delivered with efficiency in solid cardboard box with tamper seal. Took about 5 minutes to install, and yes you do have to bend it to suit your tank but no tools required just strong hands. Now everyone happy, no hauling water in pail to flush, nice chrome finish, and it does the job!

Wasn't aware I'd have to BEND the thing to get it to fit 😂 And I struggled for a good thirty minutes but I got it And it is high quality brass , and the fixation device it comes with does a great job I just fixed it on and bent it while it was attached It's very solid Although I wouldn't recommend doing what I did
