I have now order over 5 different boxes of c fold towels to use in the dispenser tork h2 dispenser and none fit :( do i need to get a different model?

My Tork brand towels fit properly. Recommended compatible towel numbers are referenced in the literature for the dispenser. The manufacturer shoudl be able to confirm which towels fit. There is some resistance when towels are removed and this is normal for my unit. If this were not the case, one would have multiple towels coming out at once.
