Raised my Vitamin D levels significantly
This stuff is awesome. I have been taking it for about 2 years (since February 2024). I notice I never get sick during flu season, and I have also noticed I no longer suffer with Seasonal Affective Disorder. I don't dread fall and winter. I got my vitamin d levels tested for the for time in several years and my vitamin d level was 82! For reference, I've never had a vitamin d level above 43 my entire adult life, so this absolutely works. I take 10,000 IU daily and I wouldn't be without it. I have taken prescription vitamin d in the past without these results, so the k2 really helps absorption.
