Very strong and heavy. Beast mode only. Happy I bought this machine to strip outdoor slate tile. Do not overtighten bolt when assembling adjustable arm. Read instructions.

I have used the machine 6 or 7 times now and it has performed well, I couldn’t ask it to do any better than it has, I have no issues at all, good machine

Solid machine. Like any tension adjusters they tend to move around when they are supposed to be locked. Otherwise it works fine.

We have had this machine for 2.5years! It’s been great nothing wrong with the machine but been a beast! We recently noticed that the metal bracket/hook had started to crack, I reached out to Amazon at which they provided me the contact for Southeastern Equipment and Supply. I started talk to one woman and she said there wasn’t a warranty. At that moment I provided and read the warranty stated In the description above- “3year parts 2 year labor”. She then said we’re did that come from and transferred me. That woman wanted pictures of all invoicing, paperwork, pictures. We sent all this in and never heard anything. I repeatedly reached out and finally talked to some else at which guess what we had to send everything again. At this time they were going to send the parts but I had to pay for the parts and they would reimburse me. I said “NO that doesn’t sound right”! Then they stated I needed to call Amazon since Amazon is the seller. To round This up, Fast forward to numerous emails with no reply for 2.5-3 weeks we finally get an email that states they will Not cover this and we can call the manufacturer to plead the case. 3 weeks of them beating around the bush to do this??? Why. I did however call ADVANCE and they had no problem sending the part to get us back in service as he stated this is definitely a warranty!! This is not a bad review on the machine but the customer service support attached is there names- kisha brooks ; Divana Zamora

Good construction. Use in flooring installation for over a year no problems. Plenty of power. Nicely constructed locking handle

Very Satisfied with this machine! Definitely will be buying a second one, well worth the money , really a great Value, .

the buffer came crushed. it is a great product but the packaging gets 1 star. the manufacturer honored a warranty and replaced the motor

good product, good price, got it on time, no damage to packaging during shipping.... what more can you ask for.
