If you are having trouble with bacterial or yeast infections, this will definitely help. I would recommend starting slowly, though. I discovered that 1/2 of a pill each morning worked best for me. I am on the slim side snd a whole pill was too much for me, plus halving them made them more economical.

I was taking forta flora for women 90 B for years. All of sudden I started having issues it was after vacation stayed in reputable hotel. I came home with issues, I was not in hot tub or pool. She recommended this it’s much more expensive at rite aid 63.00 bottle. This stuff is great. I tried to switch back to finish up my old brand. Huge mistake! I went right back to this brand and with in few days back to normal. Highly recommend this for reoccurring yeast infections.

My gyno told me about these years ago and I do think they are really great. If they were a bit cheaper I would take them all year round, but sometimes I will just get them in the summer when I am wearing yoga pants in the heat, etc. to help keep everything regular down there and PH levels normal. If you are someone who suffers from yeast infections or BV, etc. these would probably be really good to add to your routine!
