This kit has everything you need to get started in mead/wine making and it is a very easy and simple introduction - The great thing is a lot of the equipment is completely reusable for any future brews

It's ok. You get what you need (apart from main ingredients) with instructions, but you can save a lot of money by going elsewhere.

How to booklet is fairly helpful, don't like the fact that it advertises other products in it as steps to complete the mead making process, feels bad after spending 140 + euros. Carboy cracked after I completed the first batch when I poured hot water into it, just feels cheap, when it wasn't, at all. You are better off just getting all the constuent parts of this kit separately.

Great hobby item. I bought one for myself and have had great success with it. Its easy to brew and tastes pretty darn good. Bought another for son in law for Christmas, I'm sure he'll like it as well.
