This is a great item although a bit too big for me I have to wrap it around me which makes it quite bulky. Great idea though.

Good
I had a lower back & glute pain from a strained muscle. This was really good to help ease it. The lenght is very large and quite combersome, but I am not big (5'2"& 7st12lb), I had to have it on the tightest it would go, which was actually good as the heated bit completely covered my back from hip to hip. It is good quality, lots of filling spread out evenly, and well made. The velcro is very strong. My only gripe, and it doesn't stop it from doing it job, is the whole thing, including the velcro strap has to go in the microwave, so if you have a small microwave it is a bit tricky to get in it. The initial heat lasts about 15 mins, but it stays warm for a further 15 mins after.

Too fragile to be practical
Comfortable good-sized pad, but burned through the fabric after only using for a day (and I was being super careful with the timing)

This Microwavable heating pad is great. If I want to have heat on my lumbar but I also want to do small chores such as wash the dishes or if I want to lie down on my side this pad works wonderfully. It stays in place and keeps heat for about 45 minutes. It actually keeps heat longer than that but I like the heat to be very warm so 45 minutes is about the amount of time it stays nice an warm for me. It's so soft, is stuffed perfectly making it the perfect for the amount of filling to move to the contours of my body but not so loose that the insides move around and aren't touching my sore area. I've been using these type microwavable pads for several decades now and this brand is my favorite. I highly recommend.

unlike other brands, this so far hasnt burnt through in the mw, the warmth and lumbar support both help.

J ai commande ce produit car j ai de très grosses douleurs lombaires et j avais remarqué que sous la douche en faisant couler l eau chaude cela me soulageait ,j ai donc pensé qu avec la ceinture chauffante çà ferait le même effet . Pas du tout trop de plus elle refroidit très vite donc pas le temps de faire l effet escompté
