Works well, good value
Works well, pumps easy, releases easy, valve holds up well, no leaks. Neck is slightly narrower than a similar product I purchased overseas, but it doesn't affect functionality - came in a cardboard box, so well packaged.

The quality of the product is extremely low, I must have used couple of times. The inflator punctured on its own.

Device doesn't inflate, leaks from many places
The inflatable collar leaks, poorest of poor quality material, doesn't work. This is the first time I've had such a bad experience of buying a product from Amazon. The whole idea behind the kit is that air can be pumped into it so that it inflates and provides traction to the neck. But this kit is so low on quality that the air bags are leaking, so however much you try to pump air into it, it doesn't work.
