This product is amazing. Plug and play, smooth with no glitches. Now we have a full android tablet on the dash. WiFi hot spot from my phone provides smooth video with no lag. Sound is perfect. I run Direct tv, Netflix, Prime, Paramount + and Apple TV. Highly recommend this device

This product is actually more robust and sophisticated than I expected. It essentially turns your vehicle's touch screen into a functioning tablet. You can do all of the entertainment apps you want, and you can also use email and internet on it as well. I was even able to download my residence's satellite provider and now my son catches nba games on the way to and from basketball practice. This device is literally amazing.

I Bought the Binize box a year ago and everything was working fine, the apps I installed also worked fine. I could watch live tv on it like sports while I sat in the car and my girlfriend grocery shopped, lol. but you have to install certain apps for that. I had Direct tv installed on mine and it worked flawlessly. But as stated earlier, the box stopped connecting to my vehicle. I tried everything to get it working, including replacing the power cable and nothing worked. I contacted customer support by email and told them the issue. They contacted me promptly and offered several trouble shooting suggestions for me to try and still nothing. So they have offered to send me an upgraded replacement box free of charge. I will post an update on whether or not I received the new box as promised. For now I'll give it four stars because the product didn't last that long, but I could have just bought a bad box. Overall the product is alittle on the expensive side but I did like the box and the features. Update 11/10/2024. So I finally received the replacement box. And I was not happy. The box that I got was not the Binize box. It was a generic Ai box with a software version of 10. The Binize box was a software version of 13. The graphics on the replacement box was very outdated and grainy looking. And kinda wonky to operate compared to the Binize. I also tried to find this box on the internet and with some luck of using Google lens, i was able to match the box with some other boxes on (E++y ) and these boxes go for around $80. Definitely not what i paid for with the Binize box( $245.00) . So I packed it back up and I wrote them back and told them that , I did not want this box. So they responded and apologized and offer to send me a generic universal remote control. I have no idea why they thought I would need or want a remote control. But I told them, no thank you and i offered to send them back the replacement unit they sent me. I have never asked for a refund. I only requested to have my Binize box replaced with the one I originally bought back in April 2023. I emailed them that message on 11/07/2024 and I have not received any further responses from them. So would not recommend buying this Binize box. They are okay when they work , but this this box goes bad less than a year and a half after purchasing it and not getting my replacement box with the one I originally bought, Is a deal breaker for me. I will not buy another Binize box again. So I'm changing my rating from 4 stars to 1 star. The one star is because I did like the box when it was working. I've included pictures of the replacement box they sent me for you to decide if they were being fare or not.

I bought this for my new 2023 GMC Sierra truck and have been more than happy with it. We do regular road trips and this has made driving much more enjoyable. Although I’m not really looking at the screen when driving, it’s great having a movie or more importantly, a live NFL game playing on the screen for my passengers to watch and for me to listen to. The only issue I encountered was a delay in the sound versus the video on screen but one quick email to Binize and my problems were solved. I was quite surprised at how quickly they responded (within 5 minutes). If you’re looking for a solution to watch movies or live tv from your vehicles dash screen then look no further. I tried a couple others brands that were more expensive or cheaper and they all had their share of problems. Either the UI was poorly made, the processing was way too slow, or just downright didn’t work. I can confirm that this unit did work in my GMC truck and my friend’s TRX but would not link on my wife’s BMW. If Binize ever makes one that is compatible with BMW, I wouldn’t hesitate to order it.

This is the best AI Box I have used so far. Much faster than the MMB unit I tried. Wireless Android Auto is a little slow, but not bad. All apps I have installed are working. Things I wish I could change. The 24 hour clock and how my car sees the box as Apple CarPlay and not Android Auto. Both could be a simple software switch that could and should be added. I did ask support about the 24 hour clock and they did get back to me that it can not be changed. Great they responded/bad I can't change it. Maps in Android Auto will not automatically change from day or night. If you manually select night it will revert back to day on the next boot (annoying). The screen mirroring through CarbitLink works, but could be better. Ideally you want to keep your hands off your phone however that is the only way to control things through CarbitLink. Hopefully these things will be addressed through future updates.

This product works as as expected scream resolution is excellent, speed very good, and works all the time. I wanted to do a firmware upgrade, I contact them via email and was in minutes the provided me the link to the upgrade. Customer service, the best.

My wife’s 2019 RAV4 lacks android auto capability (but it has Apple CarPlay). This unit allows you to use wireless android auto, as it can make your entertainment unit think it’s running Apple CarPlay. I don’t know how, but it works great if you need this sort of functionality

Horrible! It keeps wiping downloaded content from different apps. Example if I downloaded a playlist from Spotify to play offline, after car turns off and then come back the playlist is deleted from local storage. Very laggy. Sometimes it reboots itself. Just not reliable what so ever!

I've tried many MMB boxes and none have lived up to their claims. I have to say this has been by far the best box I have, honestly, tried. It did crash on my about 2 times but came back very quickly - likely because I was trying to push it to it's limits by switching apps constantly (the aim was to see if there was lag). Other than that, there is no lag I could notice. Paired seamlessly with my phone and fires up very quickly when I get in the truck. Now I can sit and watch some videos while I kill time before my kid gets on the hockey rink. Safe to say, even though you can watch this while driving, please don't do that. I, exclusively, watch this while parked and I have nothing to do. Much better than watching anything on a small phone screen. Time will tell if this continues to be fast and responsive so I will post an update 2 weeks later.
