I’ve been using this for my 11- and 8-year-old, and it has honestly become part of our daily routine. Both kids seem calmer, more focused, and less all-over-the-place during schoolwork and activities. I also like that it doesn’t give them the jittery feeling or crash that some products seem to cause. The liquid format makes it super easy to give, and my kids don’t fight me on the taste, which is a huge win. I have tried so many products advertised to help calm a child and support focus, but not a singular one has helped until we found this one. It truly works. It’s not magical and it’s not earth shattering, BUT it has made my completely inattentive, moody, tired, overly hyper child manageable. She is calmer, happier, and able to complete a thought. For the first time in her 4 years she sat down and watched a tv show. That has never happened. I have no idea why this works, but it works.
