First Time Using the Miswak Sticks
This is a very easy "tool" to use. Rubbing the exposed bristles on your teeth may leave behind some loosened bristles and the crumbling of the soft outter bark. However, I found it tasteless. Just rinse and spit it out. Once you expose the bristles by chewing off some of the outter bark (or just cut/shave it off) begin brushing or rubbing the miswak on each of your teeth and gum line. Your teeth are left feeling clean and looking shiny. I may use it quite often during the day.

Fresh, effective, and natural!
Not going to lie - I’m a weird crunchy lady who just wants to know the secrets of ancient hygiene practices compared to modern habits 😅 These are rad! Pleasant, woody flavor, reminds me of jicama. They come in a plastic tube for storage and travel; I am going to keep these at work to clean my teeth midday. After chewing to free some fibers to brush, you use it like a regular toothbrush. Left me feeling clean and fresh with no toothpaste residue, which interferes with eating. A great option if you know you need to brush before a meal. Would recommend for a more natural oral routine!

Interesting...
Anyone else learn about these from the show Unstable? These do help your teeth feel clean. Not sure if they affect energy or mood at all as it suggests in the show. They are also quite disgusting. The stick arrives contained individually in plastic containers to contain their strange moisture. I was imagining a dry, fibrous stick - rather they are moist and kind of slimy. The fibers are beneath a crumbly shell that you shave or break off. Through some research I learned that traditionally, you can soak them between uses in rose water which improved the experience hugely.

Magic sticks
Tbh I was so hesitant buying this because I’m like what the hell is this. Then when I opened it I was even more freaked out. But let me tell you something. My teeth have never felt more clean while using this product. I keep one in my purse, in my car and at my desk. My breath instantly feels fresh and my teeth feel amazing. This is definitely on my reorder this. Also the difference in how white my teeth are after using this compared to brushing is just insane. I still use toothpaste but I feel these are more effective

Cleans Teeth
Removes all the build up on my teeth and whitened them a little. My teeth have never felt so clean. I’m not a huge fan of the smell or taste, but the results are worth it. I use this first and then brush my teeth normally to get rid of the taste. You need to peel off a small section of the outside layer, soak it for a min, and then chew on where you peeled to form the bristles. Cut it down and repeat.

inconsistency in quality
they do make a slight difference in terms of teeth whitening and honestly it does leave your teeth feeling cleaner after use. using it is simple, chew the top off a little so that you create somewhat of a brush and then scrub your teeth. admittedly the smell was a little concerning at first and the taste wasn’t the best but once you use it for a few seconds, your mouth adjusts to it and it’s not bad at all. the first stick really lasted, you just had to pop it back in the case. i loved it. only reason for the lower rating is because when i finished my first stick, i didn’t have the same experience with the second one. the second one was more brittle and would fall apart, the “bristols” would fall apart and leave stuff in my mouth and made it impossible to use.

A better brush for the teeth
It’s much better than a toothbrush.
