Forerunner 235 Battery Replacement for Forerunner 225,Forerunner 220, Forerunner 630,Forerunner 645, GRM0371754 361-00072-10,361-00086-00 Battery

Fit my Garmin watch perfectly and now I get better battery life, giving my Forerunner 235 a longer charge. Replacement was easily done by myself after watching some tutorials/how to videos on the internet.

I tried another brand. This one is way better. My 225 works like new now. It does look new because I scratched the case pretty badly when i opened it.

I bought to bring ir to Venezuela to bring my forerunner back to life and turns out the battery otself is not working...

Needed to replace the battery in my Garmin Vivoactive 4. After 2 years of good service it was time to replace. This is a perfect replacement. It was either replace myself or by a new one. I choose to replace myself. I think it is better then new.

Cell had some level of charge when installed. Took a full charge when charged. I chose to solder leads of battery directly to pads on PC board, and not use plug. I have 40 years of PC board rework experience and am an expert solderer. DO NOT attempt to do as I did unless you have years of fine pitch rework soldering experience. Or you are very likely to cause damage you can not repair. And thus cause your watch to be useless junk - WARNING!

This battery fit my Garmin Forerunner 220 perfectly. Ensure you have the proper tools before attempting to replace it.

Watchers completely dead. Powered on and then charged to 100%. Not sure how long it will last but it’s giving me more life. Rubber band is on until my replacement adhesive cures.

When you remove the original battery from the 220 it breaks the solder joint and leaves nothing to attach the new battery to. There appears to be no way to solder in the new battery. The Amazon description does not mention this problem. In short, it is not possible to replace a 220 battery without a very difficult soldering job, and neither Amazon nor the vendor mentions this.

Very decent replacement for my FR235 battery. (required soldering and some skills) Months later still holds charge like a new.

My old garmin battery didn’t last a 10 kms run. Now with this new battery, I have been able to use for 6 consecutive 10 kms runs without changing and still have over 25% left. With the help of YouTube the changing of the battery was easy enough.
