It doesn't really have a taste due to it being encapsulated, but I do not have a bad aftertaste or sulfur burps when taking it. I will continue to take this until I reach my overall goal. Helps with feeling a bit fatigued after. Also has helped maintain volume over days of 'activity' vs. not taking anything. For me you can tell a decrease in volume over a week if you do not take vs. a fairly consistent load over week... I am sure with more activity there would still be a drop off, but lets say once a day for a week is used as a baseline. As far as the pill goes I did not have any digestive distress after taking it. I will say this is more complete than other pills I have tried. It might have more benefits with them, but the one I can really measure will be volume.
