This is a small clock that doesn’t take up much room on my nightstand. The numerals are large and easy to read, and there’s a button on the top of the clock that dims the blue light so it doesn’t disturb your sleep. It also has a place to plug in your phone recharger, which I really like because I can charge my phone next to my bed. And, of course, it keeps good time. Although the clock is electric, you can insert three AAA batteries to keep it running if the power goes off.

Wanted to find a clock, which I could set up on my dresser, and get rid of the clock radio on my nightstand. This was the second one I tried, and it works perfect. It has an AC plug in, battery backup, and a DST setting, so you don't have to worry about resetting for the clocks going forward or backwards. Most importantly, it has 5 brightness settings. The listing said it was dimmable anywhere from 0-100%, but that isn't really true with the one I received. But the lowest setting is very dim. In fact, you can barely see it during the day, with the shades open. But at night, when the room is dark, it's just perfect. And the numbers are large enough that it's easy to read across the room in the dark.

Bright LED displays are too bright for sleeping and the faint humming of many alarm clocks are annoying to me. I still want an alarm clock as I don’t want my phone next to me and I like to roll over and see what time it is without lifting my phone only to get blinded by the display. This clock you can adjust brightness from nuclear down to off. There are alarm sound selections from gentle to head banging which I chose a gentle sound, music w bird chirps. There is no high pitched humming coming from it. I used to have to throw a towel over past ones because of a hum emanating from each The downsides are 1) no multiple settings for alarm times which I don’t think is a thing w traditional alarm clocks anyway (I’m spoiled by iPhone capability in this area) and 2) the buttons in the back are all the same feel so when you try to turn off alarm you can’t tell which button is the right one. I solved this problem by sticking a small rubber stopper like the ones on insides of cabinets so that I can feel the stopper easily to turn off.

[Edit] Following the review below, I was contacted by the vendor that offered choice between a full refund and a new clock. I got the new clock and works like a charm. Never requested anything, they just proactively wanted to do the right thing. For an item that inexpensive, it's a great sign customer care matters to them. Changed to 5 Stars. Was very happy with the display and features of this clock. Easy to read, nice blue hue, brightness was easy to adjust. However after 3 weeks it just quit on me in middle of the night. I verified it was plugged/powered, and all new batteries were in. It started again only to die a few hours later... Maybe I got unlucky or the model was damaged in shipping but I can't give more than 2 stars to something that broke so quickly.

I bought this under the impression I would have 5 Alarm Sound options, but instead of the “Beep” my clock has a Police Siren as Option 01. I have never heard of nor known anyone who would choose to wake up to Police Sirens…It’s absurd. I’ve never heard of a clock manufacturer who makes a clock with Police Sirens as a sound option…it’s ridiculous. I contacted customer service and was told, verbatim, “We’ve upgraded the alarm clock, and the "Siren" sound is especially suitable for heavy sleepers”. You can also change the alarm to a different sound if you prefer. Here’s how to set it: Press the ALARM SOUND button. The available alarm sounds will flash and play. Press ALARM SOUND repeatedly to choose from five options: 01 = Siren 02 = Beep 03 = Birds Chirping 04 = Buzzer 05 = Soft Music FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. There is NO mention of the Siren Sound Upgrade for heavy sleepers anywhere in product description or in the written and video reviews. I think people should be aware of this “upgrade”. I then asked to be sent the old model and was told this: Unfortunately, we no longer have the version of the alarm clock without the siren sound. However, if you are not satisfied with the current model, we can certainly arrange a full refund for you. I had bought two of these clocks thinking the siren was a one-off. Nope. They told me I would receive refunds for both items, but only received one refund. We’ll see. If you ever had the desire to be awakened by the sound of Police Sirens you will love this clock. One more thing: I never intended to use this as an alarm clock so my husband cut the wire to the speaker so there is no sound at all now. It is a great design and a nice looking, compact clock. UPDATE: I was archiving my Amazon orders and came across the alarm clock I purchased from you. I decided to check your description for this clock on Amazon and the description that you had changed to mention the siren sound is absent. As a matter of fact, you don't mention any sounds in the description at all now. It's outlandish, bizarre, unprofessional, dishonest, and deeply troubling you would gaslight, disrespect, & bully someone that chose to purchase from you. What was your motivation?

I love all the features on this alarm clock, the dimmable light, the choices in alarm sounds to wake up to, the ability to adjust the volume of the alarm, how basic it is to set the time and the alarm. It’s a great little alarm clock that helped me to get my phone out of my room and has helped me get much better sleep as a result. My complaint, the clock randomly resets itself back to 12:08am and resets the alarm to 7:00am as though I lost power. It will happen after I’ve moved it to clean or sometimes just from turning it to see the time or from a little bump. I don’t know if all of them are like this or if I got a faulty power cord. I actually really want to buy another one for my boys room but resetting the time and alarm multiple times a week is annoying for me, it will be more often for a couple boys who by default bump into and touch and grab all the things.

Great digital clock. There's a dial on the right side that you can dim. Although, I don't find I need to really dim it at night as it's not blinding bright. I love the woody look. It's nice and big to be seen from about 20 feet away if you have great eyesight :) but small enough for a nightstand as I bought a second for the the bedroom. I decently recommend this clock.

I bought this clock because I just needed something to tell me how many hours I’m not sleeping at night without using my phone. My main criteria was that the display wouldn’t be too bright which is a huge problem with most digital clocks. This one can be dialled down to invisible if needed so it’s perfect. Controls for alarm and brightness are very simple. No bells and whistles - just a simple digital clock that’s easy to set if I need an extra alarm. Just a note - the “wood” finish is actually plastic but from a distance it’s fine. It’s a clock 🤷‍♀️

Well made but I found it a bit difficult to set the time with the buttons on the back.

Très bon petit réveil matin, j’aime beaucoup l’alarme qu’on attend les oiseaux gazouillé. J’aime aussi l’intensité de la lumière, et on peut la fermer si on veut. Je pensais qu’il était en bois, mais c’est une imitation de bois il est en plastique je suis déçu. Il est juste parfait pour être mis sur une table de chevet, j’en suis très ravi. Et ceux qui aiment se réveiller au chant d’oiseaux, je le recommande. C’est fantastique.
