This works great for straining and molding. The fabric is light weight and very durable. It allows for the perfect amount of drainage with little effort. The size of the fabric is perfect for cutting the amount desired so there is no waste. It does not have a bleached smell or off smell to it at all. I rinsed it before using it in case there was any sizing in it. The fabric also cleans well in the washer or by hand.

This cheesecloth is exactly what I needed. I use it when making soup with a ham bone so I don’t end up with any tiny bone pieces in the broth, and it works perfectly. I also use it for herbs in different dishes when I want the flavor without chopping them up or biting into hard herb pieces. Great quality, durable. Works as expected

This cheesecloth is great. Size makes it easy to cut off a large enough piece to fit my colander. Also, doesn’t seem to separate when I pour soup in to strain (like some others do). I’ve purchased more than once and will purchase again.

Clean and strong enough for what I needed it for. I use it for cooking meat on a grill. Lomo al trapo worked great.
