This cheesecloth is exactly what I needed. I use it when making soup with a ham bone so I don’t end up with any tiny bone pieces in the broth, and it works perfectly. I also use it for herbs in different dishes when I want the flavor without chopping them up or biting into hard herb pieces. The quality is great — fine enough to strain well, but still sturdy and reusable. I especially love that you can cut it to whatever size you need, which makes it really versatile for cooking. I do not reuse these probably could I just never tried. Definitely a kitchen staple for me. I’d buy this again without hesitation.

This works great for straining and molding. The fabric is light weight and very durable. It allows for the perfect amount of drainage with little effort. The size of the fabric is perfect for cutting the amount desired so there is no waste. It does not have a bleached smell or off smell to it at all. I rinsed it before using it in case there was any sizing in it. The fabric also cleans well in the washer or by hand.

Nicely packaged (vacuum sealed) great quality, exactly what I need for my craft. Not as easily torn as I had hoped, but not too difficult, either. This would also be great for making yogurt (or straining regular yogurt into "greek style").

Clean and strong enough for what I needed it for. I use it for cooking meat on a grill. Lomo al trapo worked great.

This cheesecloth is great. Size makes it easy to cut off a large enough piece to fit my colander. Also, doesn’t seem to separate when I pour soup in to strain (like some others do). I’ve purchased more than once and will purchase again.
