although my first one was damaged (did not spray, only fizzled), i ended up repurchasing this exact one and it worked perfectly! it was easy to install thanks to youtube and if i ever needed some in the future, id buy them again!

Perfect replacement
Received my set and had them installed in less than five minutes! Fit perfectly for my 2011 Ford Fusion and they are better quality than the originals. I’m getting better spray for a better clean!

Simple installation
Windshield washer fluid was not spraying correctly on our 2012 Ford Fusion. The pump was working but no liquid was coming out of the jets. Found the jets were clogged and in bad shape. They actually just fell apart in my hands. Easy fix with the replacement jets that I ordered and installed. These work just fine and look factory new so no issues.

Possible to have a defect one
Received on time Installation was easy Only con One had direction is good but the other one sprayed easy to low Reordered as defective will try again But now the problem is removing it from the hood without breaking it. Do I need special tool? Will try not to breaking because they want return item to research it I think

Not sure if I was given the right item but I cannot even insert it in the hood as the retaining clips are wide. Even the rubber gasket that came with it doesn't properly fit the nozzle. I can return it but have to pay for shipping which is already a third of the total cost.

Got this as a pair. One jet does not function well. The jet comes out as a stream instead of a spray. Contacted the manufacturer who said I could return it at my cost. No offer to send a new one. I’ll go to the dealership next time. They have a better exchange policy
