Eden Organic Sauerkraut, Traditional, Lactic Acid Fermented, 18 oz Glass Jar

I love sauerkraut and had never bought this brand before. Glad I did as it’s very tasty, I’m glad it comes in a glass jar vs in a plastic bag as other brands do, and the price is very comparable to other brands. Buy sone and Treat yourself to some good kraut.

Was very good.. unfortunately the jar fell and broke after first use.

The lid on the jar was not tight, and the liquid was all over the inside of the box. I can't eat it. What do I do? I'm not going to try to ship it back. This is very, very bad PR.

Wonderful taste.

I was looking for a good source of probiotics for healthy gut biome. Nice and crunchy, not mushy. The taste was very good, although it was unclear whether the product was actually fermented or simply pickled in existing lactic acid. I trust the Eden brand generally for quality organic goods, but I would like to know whether the culture is live.

Over priced and too much longer to receive than was suggested by Amazon.

Taste really good, not overly sour. It is super healthy and since it is organic, we don't have to worry about pesticides or chemicals. The bottle is pretty big so it will last quite a while. Worth the money.

インドネシアのテンペイという大豆を発酵させて固めた匂いのしない納豆のようなものを油で揚げて、 それと一緒にこのサワークラウトを煮るととても美味しい。
