Product should have a warning label! ๐๐
So, I am on a journey to cleanse my by body of toxins from all the junk food Iโve eaten over the years and wanting to change to a healthier lifestyle and came across these pills for โflushing toxinsโ among a couple other vitamins. I take a pill while heating up some nachos. After about 10-15 minutes I became a bit itchy and felt some prickly/heated areas on my body. Look in the mirror and ears are dark red and forehead bright red. I go outside to get some fresh air and the flushing startedโฆ. Immediately went to Amazon to see reviews and it made me panic, instantly (lol). I sincerely thought I was having an allergic reaction, my heart started beating so fast and I became โlightโ all over my body. As I started to pray (I never do that ๐) I began crunching a Zyrtec!! Shaky knees at this point. I realized it was me who was making my heart race and just needed to calm down! After what felt like an hour I was a little calmed down and the heat was slightly less my arms started to get red and blanching in areas I decided to jump in the shower. After the shower I noticed all the red had subsided from my face, arms and neck. My face actually looked refreshed! While I still feel a sense of heightened-ness I enjoy the refreshed look of my facial skin in the mirror. Lastly, I do think this high of dose should come with a clear warning of the flushing and still a little nervous if Iโll have any additional side effects the rest of today.

Too potent! READ THIS POST ๐ฌ BEFORE BUYING!
I made the mistake of not researching this product before buying. I based my decision on what everybody was writing. After I got the product and I took it I got the flushing and everything as expected but actually, I thought it was much worse than expected. For me, I got all the flushing symptoms worse than expected. It made me feel so dizzy, weak muscles, and thirsty. YES, you get a massive burning feel, worse than I've ever had! Strangely it relaxed all my muscles, made feel like pooping, which I did, rather well, just a healthy poop. The shock on my system made me tired. Do it before bedtime. If you are going to try this product, pls do your research! I always do, but this time I didn't which is dangerous! Unless you are truly suffering from vitamin D3 this product is dangerously potent! Vitamin B3: Eggs are a good source of vitamin B3 as well as protein. Feb 8, 2019, update - I took my vitamin with liquid protein and didn't get any immediate symptoms. I'm still waiting. It's been almost 45 mins. Maybe the key to taking it is taking it with HIGH protein. The flush did come about an hour later. It started with light head tingling and then a stronger burning sensation. Then it became a sunburn like flush throughout my face. It lasts about 40 mins. No body flush. So 2/10/2019 I took another one. At first I thought oh strange nothing. An hour later comes along, head tingling head flush, face flush, massive body flush, muscle weakness, I had to run to the bathroom, loss of bowels (sat on the toilet - i was quite surprised needless to say - cleaned me out well!), weakness was so bad i think i was on the verge of passing out, shut my eyes and leaned against the wall. I got the chills. I was so weak and tired I laid down. Ovaries and tubes felt like they were throbbing and on fire!!! I'm curled up in the fetal position in pain praying it ends. I'm covered in blankets to keep me warm. I guess I fall asleep for about 20 mins. About an hour after it started it all subsided and stopped. I'm very thirsty. I had just got done breakfast (2 eggs and about an ounce of salami) and a little bit of greens protein drink. Two days ago, I had a very potent greens drink with maaca, cocao powder, morninga powder, and homemade kefir. I only got the head flush. After today, I'd need to be super brave to take another tablet. Definitely don't take it before or during work LOL OMG!

Niacin is GOOD for you - can you handle the FLUSH?
I had never knowingly taken Niacin. Never thought about it. But heard some of the excellent health benefits and thought - hey I'll give it a shot since I've been on a bit of a vitamin regimen. Taking a 500mg Niacin is a total trip. If you take it on an empty stomach and you don't saturate yourself with copious amounts of water to dilute it you will very likely experience an interesting "TRIP!" At just about the 15 minute mark (I timed it) you will start feeling a sort of rush of blood to your face, and then throughout your body, then about 2-4 minutes later while you feel like you are baking in the sun, a new sensation will begin. You'll start feeling pins and needles all over your skin, and your skin will start getting red, and incredibly itchy. Try to avoid scratching too much as you'll not really undo what's happening. This entire sensation will last for about 30-40 minutes then it'll all go away. Personally I get a kick out of it, but when the itchy part comes on it can be annoying. I'm told that most people that try to get on a Niacin regime fail to continue because they cannot handle the experience of the FLUSH. So they lose out on the benefits of what Niacin can do for you. I would suggest doing it on an empty stomach at least once so you know the feeling. Then here is the trick. Make sure to drink at least 32 oz of water 'before' you take your Niacin pill. Also do it shortly after you ate a meal. Most likely if you do those 2 steps, you won't experience the "FLUSH." You can also take an aspirin about 10 minutes before you take the Niacin and I've heard that works pretty well to avoid or reduce the flush. Good luck, it's good for you and I hope you get a kick out of the "FLUSH!" and then figure out what you need to do so you can avoid it if you don't like the experience.

WOAH! Woah. Serious Flush.
Fair warning, they mean it when they say you'll get a significant flush from this product. I neglected to look at some of the reviews from other buyers and understand just how big the flush would be. From my chest up, both arms, down the center of my back and from my waist to my knees, it looked and felt like I had a sunburn for about an hour. It came on strong and fast, leveled out for about 30 minutes and then slowly faded. It wasn't entirely unpleasant. But it was impossible to concentrate on anything else for a while. Although I took off one star for the mild discomfort and brief panic since I thought this was flush-free, it does what it says on the bottle. It's powerful stuff.

Like being thrown in the oven, itching and prickles like mad!
Holy crap the side effects on these are horrendous! Of course I may be sensitive. I took a pill and then looked at the bottle and did not see the no flush I thought I had ordered....oops well how bad could it be right?! So I read the back of the bottle and said may cause flushing and a prickly feeling on skin. Ok I thought so a hot flash and weird skin, canโt be to bad. Then off to work I went. It only takes 6-8 minutes to get to work. Iโm walking down the hallway to go change into my uniform and my stomach feels a little uneasy, no biggie. I get in the changing room, look at my face and itโs bright red...hmm! Definitely flushes! Then I was changing and my body (especially the face) was ON FIRE! I felt like I had climbed in the oven, but I continued thinking Iโll just get ice for my face. I walk out and get a bag of ice and start feeling like I will pass out or throw up. So I go lay down your head down on the desk, try to text my husband that this was a BAD idea to try on a work day! My lips are tingling and weird, my hands are a scary blanched white and the rest of my body is tomato colored. The charge nurse comes out and says you need to go to the ER.... I argued unsuccessfully, and as Iโm being whisked off by freaked out looking staff, the Dr. Is standing there going , yes you need to go to the ER! Iโm wheeled in. Feeling extremely shaky, feeling like prickles are poking me everywhere, and red and itching like mad.... then later after check in shaking and cold and itchy. They see me and tell me they are giving me Benadryl. Literally a minute after taking it, I feel myself heat up again. The ladies that are with me look quite freaked out and say the dr needs to see me right away. He sees me again and orders ibuprofen to knock the prostaglandins out that are making my body react like this. Thankfully it starts working after about 30 minutes and I am normal human colored again. The itching was so intense, and my clothes felt like they had cactus prickles in them. Needless to say I will NOT be trying this again! It was most definitely the most expensive medicine I have now tried ๐ฉ

Good quality 'flushing' niacin 500mg capsules, do not panic
This version that is nicotinic acid (not niacinamide/flush-free) is the "flushing" version of niacin/vitamin b3. 500mg niacin per capsule. The first couple times I took one capsule in the evening after dinner, before bed, and felt zero flushing, which is fine and I'm sure my body absorbed and used the niacin. A day or two later I took one upon waking, on an empty stomach, and within just a couple minutes felt a very intense whole-body "burning" sensation head to toe, for at least an hour or more, which I was prepared for, having taken this vitamin many years ago. So, it is a legitimate product and it is definitely potent, real nicotinic acid, with real health benefits. Do your research, and don't take TOO much at a time, as apparently very large doses in the thousands of milligrams may cause issues, but consult a doctor. The "burning" sensation is completely normal and mine was very intense and lasted for over an hour, and even lingered in my feet after waking up from a nap a couple hours later, do not panic.

Very Potent
Use with caution! This brand is soooo potent it will give you a headache. Iโve always loved the flush feeling but the mg makes you feel like youโre on fire. If you try I would suggest pouring half of the powder out the capsule.

The flush is real - be warned
I have read about the flush that niacin (nicotinic acid) gives the body and thought I was prepared, how wrong I was. Nothing I read prepared me at all for the intense flush this product gave me and what a flush it was. I decided to take one tablet before going on my evening walk and within minutes of taking it I started to feel the flush coming on and it ramped up exponentially. Within 15 minutes I felt like I was cooking, my nerves were tingling all over my body and my mouth felt dry yet it wasnโt. It wasnโt a bad experience but it wasnโt a nice one either. I was glad to be walking in the cool evening because it helped cool me down. The worse of the flush lasted about 45min and seemed to completely settle after about a hour to a hour and a half. One thing I experienced that I found really strange was how clear my thinking became and the increased self awareness of my own body, it seemed a bit surreal. Think carefully before you buy this product, do your homework; every body is different and you may not cope with the intense flush this product gives. That said, would I buy it again? Yes I would.

Powerful Niacin Flush
It really makes you flush. I know some people find it painful int heir stomach, but for me it's a sauna. If you do it semi regularly I think it gives me more clarity, though I'd take that with a pinch of salt.

Feels like the real deal
Usually not mean in buying pills on line but problems in supply chains globally have restricted supply of nicotinic acid in Australia . These tables gave the nicotinic acid flush reaction so they feel like the real deal . Great price as well 25% of the local nicotinic acids prices
