Will this stuff stick to fiberglass or resin?

Yes this sticks very well to fiberglass and resin. Just make sure to rough the surface first with 80 grit.

I’m looking to paint my boat black. So my question is for best color results should I get the clear or natural color to start off with?

Fasco Steelflex Super Slick only comes in a natural color that can be easily pigmented. You will need 1oz of pigment for a Quart Kit of epoxy, or a 4oz pigment for a Gallon Kit of epoxy.

when to apply frist coat of slick 2000 epoxy after epoxy priming hull when primer is tacky yet or let primer dry throughly ?

With epoxy the best is to do it while the primer is still slightly tacky.
