Description
- King: 4" (10cm). Queen: 3.25" (8.3cm). Pawn: 1.8" (4.5cm).
- Board measures 21"L x 10.06"W x 2.3"H (53cm x 2.7cm x 6cm) folded. Squares measures 2.17" x 2.17" (5.5cm x 5.5cm).
- Board is made from beech, birch, mahogany and sycamore. Felt bottom chessmen are made from hornbeam.
- Hand crafted in Poland.
The Tournament chess is the only one considered a professional chess set. This is our larger Tournament set. It goes with our weighted Staunton No 6 chess pieces made from hornbeam wood. The lovely folding chess board has been inlaid with mahogany and sycamore wood. It has an insert tray for the chess pieces storage inside.
