Looking for a longer tee for long torso, is this longer or shorter?

Not sure...Bought for my grandsons...I will day this... They're tall for their ages and fit perfectly...

Does the shirt shrink?

Yes it shrunk quite a bit so order up a size.

If I'm 64inches tall and i have around 28inches of chest which size should i go ? M or L ?

I bought the size Large for my 10 year old son. They were a tiny bit loose until I washed them, now they are a tiny bit tight. Now my son is a little bit big for his age, but not overly so. He is probably about 56-58 inches tall? Not sure chest size. I'm sorry, but at 64" I just think these will run too small for you. They are a really nice quality though! Besides the sizing being off, they are great shirts!
