A hit with a small family member. Each bird has a number of tail feathers from 1-5 that corresponds with the number on their coloured bird house, each house has a shape to learn, and each bird has a different emotion to talk about. Lots of opportunities for learning colours, numbers and more. All pretty sturdy quality, price was decent. Birds can also fit on adult fingers to be used as puppets - they’re very robust so can withstand lots of throwing. One minor downside is that each house and each bird was wrapped in plastic, felt a bit overkill and wasteful, but the actual product was better than we’d hoped so not knocking a star off for it.

Fab toy for early learning about emotions, matching, colours and numbers. Great for stacking too. We’ve had this for over a year now and my little one still loves these birds. We have also watched Ms Rachel’s episode featuring these birds which my toddler loves too. Our set has been played with over and over again and still look brand new. Great quality, well made and durable, fantastic learning opportunities, reasonably priced. They also look lovely on our toy shelf!

Fabulous resource for helping teach little ones about basic emotions. My 18month old charge absolutely loves them.

These are a great resource for a nursery, childcare or pre-school setting to help children with learning colours, counting, matching and sorting. The large plastic jar contains 20 plastic 'biscuits' that can be taken apart (so 40 small pieces), mixed up then matched back together again. The jar has a handle for easy carrying and is ideal for storing the pieces when not in use so they don't get lost! I wouldn't suggest using this for under 3 yr olds because while the pieces are quite sturdy, they could potentially be a choking hazard for little ones, but they are ideal for children old enough not to put things in their mouth. And the tactile edges/patterns of the pieces and bright colours make them attractive and sensory-appealing for SEN children in particular Definitely a recommended brand for learning resources in the classroom or at home!

Bought these for my grandson after seeing them on Ms Rachel they’re identical and fantastic to be able to follow her instructions , very educational

Love this! My boys love it too. Dual purpose, they match the numbers for an educational portion and use the cookies in their pretend kitchen to make cookies when they play bake shop. Easy to clean by running through the dishwasher or washing machine in a mesh bag. Will be great to bring outside in the summer to play in the water table due to their high quality and durability. Cookies are just the right size for smaller hands and easy to manipulate while adding a fine motor component.

Bought this because my daughter saw the toy on Ms.Rachel and loves to play along with the show! The birds are not a cheap plastic, they are a heavy plastic-almost rubber? Well made and well painted. The little houses each have a roof that snaps on in place but is easy for children to take on and off. A cute toy that is simple, but seems to be providing lots of fun! The “emotions” on the birds is a good teaching tool for learning different types of feelings.
