It doesn't foam up like I would like on my second bottle! If you can afford it try it but I have not seen a difference in my hair growth!!??? I think it's over priced if you buy it do a 4 pack on Black Friday and try it!!

So, I’m a happy customer, and it looks like they’ve captured my business for a long while. First. The initial design of the product was to preserve the hair you’ve got. I’ve got just enough and don’t want to lose any more. Second. Some people regrow hair, I am, slowly. I feel the short stubble of new growth on my bald spot and elsewhere. I am combining this with a nightly minoxidil foam 5% massage. Anyway, here’s the trick... the shampoo and conditioner are stellar, my hair is awesome and strong and smooth. What I do, is the time tested lather rinse repeat... with an addition. I take a nice clarifying shampoo, and clean my hair... before I treat it with this ShapiroMD regimen. I use a Pantene Charcoal shampoo first, rinse and use a dime sized puddle of ShapiroMD, and get lots of lather, leave it on, then the ShapiroMD conditioner, leave that on. I added a facial regimen for the time I have to wait. Anyway $75 seems steep, but this bottle is lasting months for me with this technique. And I’m getting results and my hair looks good, and isn’t falling out ever, not breaking, not on my pillow when I change the linens. Awesome product, $75 is off putting, but using this technique it stretches plenty for me.

FINAL REPORT - 1 Year of Testing ZERO Stars Wish I could say this works. I have used it a full 13 months and logged just over 2,618 minutes on my scalp. I have taken detailed photos that clearly show it does NOT regrow or stop hair loss. You can see from my reports below, I diligently tested this "solution." My bald spot has continued to expand, and the rest of my hair is thinner than when I started. Shapiro has some of the best and most compelling ads in the hair loss space, but my results show you would be wasting your money. REPORT #1 - 3 Stars I have now been using the shampoo for 14 weeks (just over 3 months). Most days, I leave it on for 15-20 minutes, though there are days when I only manage 5-10 minutes. I have been meticulous about taking photos of my bald spot - since the beginning. I am just now beginning to notice what might be the beginnings of growth, but it is too early to be certain. I am NOT surprised about the amount of time it has taken. Hair takes a LONG time. I am actually a bit surprised that the medical and scientific "professionals" who run Shapiro would even begin to suggest you might see results sooner than 3-6 months. In fact, one might consider it to be a bit of a RED FLAG. Still, as a scientist myself, I like the material they put out (sans fast growth claims) and am willing to give the product 9 months of study. If I start seeing noticeable and measureable growth, I will post pictures and increase my star rating. REPORT #2 2-Stars I am now at 22 weeks. Still taking weekly photographs, and it is still nearly impossible to see a difference from my starting point. What I thought might be the beginnings of growth in my report two months ago has not continued in such a way that I can see photographic evidence of growth. I continue to use it according to recommended directions. Most days, I leave it on for 15-20 minutes. I manage to use this shampoo on average 28 days out of a month. I recognize I am outside the claims of the Shapiro advertising, which claims results in two months, but will continue my personal study for at least two more months. In Report #1, I gave it 3-stars. For this report, I have lowered it to 2-stars. Report #3 1-Star I am now a full seven months, 29 weeks into the use of this product. I am still taking weekly pictures. I am still leaving the shampoo on 15-20 minutes a few times during the week and no less than 5 minutes each time I use it. I wash my hair exclusively using Shapiro an average 5-6 times per week. I have no results. ZERO. I am using fairly high resolution photography and cannot see any new growth. I will continue at least two more months, then do a final report. For now, I would say - SAVE YOUR MONEY, or try some other product.. This one has great advertising, but not much beyond that. It makes me wonder about the 5-Star reviews that this shampoo gets. ???

After years of all natural OTC and prescription hair/scalp products with little change, I started researching a different alternative. I read the reviews of Shapiro products I decided to take a chance. After the first use, I was surprised that my scalp was clearer and my hair was cleaner if that makes sense! I am following the instructions and it’s only been a week but the results are pretty remarkable. I’m optimistic that in the next few months I’ll finally be seeing a positive change: clear scalp, less oil buildup, less hair loss. I have always shied away from conditioners as they leave my hair heavy. I’ll come back in a few months and post an update. If you have hit the wall with years of weak results, I suggest that you give this a try. I can’t wait to share this product with my doctor!
