UPDATE: I've been buying this for months now and it's given me my life back. I LOVE this product. No headaches or migraines as long as I take it. Wonderful product and I still highly recommend buying it. I buy it every couple months. I usually have a headache every day and it doesn't seem to do anything to take any pills. Once in a while I will get a migraine so bad I end up in the ER or Urgent Care. The doctors have always told me I'm dehydrated and need to start drinking water. The problem was, I was drinking between 70 oz and 100 oz of water every day, yet i'm still dehydrated. The doctors wouldn't help me and I couldn't figure out why this was happening to me. Back in High school when I was running Cross Country and Track every day I didn't have this problem. So I started thinking about what the difference was between then and now. The only thing I came up with was I was drinking a Gatorade...Electrolytes. So I started drinking the Gatorade again and guess what! NO HEADACHES AND I HAVEN'T HAD A MIGRAINE IN MONTHS! FINALLY! The only problem with drinking Gatorade every day is it's full of sugar and other crap. Not to mention the price of buying it every day.... So I started looking for something healthier. I Found LyteShow and have been very VERY happy with this product. I was really skeptical at first but have been pleasantly surprised. For the first time in almost 8 years I finally don't have a constant headache and haven't had a migraine in months. I feel like I can start living my life again. No more taking double doses of headache meds that are murder on your insides. Pros: Good price My doctor thinks its a good/healthy product It works the taste isn't horrible, although it does taste a little like salt water. It's NOT an overbearing taste. It's NOT like your drinking a cup of water with a few spoon fulls of salt in it. It much more MILD than that. I sometimes put a little lemon in there just to give it some flavor. If I was rating this just on taste I would still give it FIVE stars. Cons: Makes me have to pee often... BUT no headaches and no migraines... still so worth it. This company makes the same thing in pill form and that's another great option which doesn't make me have to pee all the time. lol Other than that though its a great product and I would give it 10 stars if I could. If you want a Gatorade then go get one, this is NOT a sugar filled sports drink. This is a healthy option for you to stay hydrated with. If you follow the mixing directions that are on the bottle you should be good to go. If you put too many drops in then it probably won't taste that great. I do 40 drops in a 32oz bottle of water (with lemon sometimes) and I don't notice any bad tastes. I highly recommend this product to anyone with a hydration problem, Five Stars!

My brother and I always used to be skeptical of electrolyte waters and never felt much of a difference with Smart Water or other brands of electrolyte waters because the amount of electrolytes they actually include in their waters was so negligible... so we had mostly stuck with drinking 32 oz bottles of regular drinking water at the gym with each workout session. However as our 2 hour workout regimens got more intense each day (2-3 miles of running cardio on a 20 level incline and high intensity weight training after), we started noticing more intense symptoms that come with dehydration because we were not restoring the electrolytes lost with the large amounts we were sweating. Even though we were drinking large amounts of water... It felt like it was just passing through our systems and just causing us to pee more often but not really hydrating us. This LyteShow is completely different (in a great way). For the last few months of regular LyteShow use... We're drinking the same amount of water but now it actually feels like it's hydrating and replenishing the electrolytes lost during our workouts. I used to get really dry and red eyes while sweating so much because I already had dry eyes from LASIK. But as long as I'm drinking the standard dose of the 40 LyteShow drops in the 32 oz bottle of water. My eyes feel better and the whites of my eyes remain clear and more moisturized. Overall I can feel a real difference with real hydration. My brother also has felt a big difference too so we know it actually works and is not just a placebo effect. We haven't tried it after a night out drinking but I'm sure it would help with that too lol. The most cost efficient way to use this is with the 3 packs but sometimes they sell out of the 3 packs on Amazon and then they come back later. Or you can do the subscribe and save for the individual bottles and get a decent price but that's less convenient. I prefer buying the 3 packs and getting faster prime shipping whenever I see we're running low. As for the taste... Yeah, it took us both by surprise the first time we had it. There's a slight tanginess to it that you might not like the first couple times you have it. But now, we both don't mind it at all and actually kind of look forward to it in a weird way because we know it's actually there in the waters in a strong concentration of electrolytes (unlike the pre-bottled electrolyte waters that barely have any real electrolytes so that's why they're able to taste pretty much the same as normal drinking water). You definitely get used to the taste after a couple times... And then when you feel how much better it makes you feel... You won't care about the slightly tangy taste anyway. It's almost like a Gatorade without the ridiculous amounts of sugar. My only complaint is that I'd love for there to be an even bigger bulk size to buy because we go through so much of it now. But that's a very minor thing as long as we're still able to get the 3 packs in the bulk packs for a good price. We are big fans and think it will help other athletes and even just people who are not absorbing water well. For us, it really does help to replenish and hydrate us at an efficient rate. Highly recommended!

I've been using this product since maybe 2018 or so. It works great, has a minor taste that I can describe as unflavored unsweetened gatorade. There is a slight acidic tang and salty finish. You can easily mix it into other beverages, there's no sugar, and I can rapidly feel the hydration come back after lots of sweating or general dehydration. Now, the one major flaw for me is that the full size bottles will leak all over the place if it falls over. Over the years, I can't count how many times this was accidentally knocked down in my fridge or cabinet, and I come back to a puddle of the precious wasted liquid with a 1/3 of the bottle gone. If the seal on the bottle were fixed, this would be a 5/5 product. 3 bottles lasts me quite a bit, but if you can buy in bulk, you will probably save much more in the long run. Compared to something like liquid IV or other powdered alternatives, it's still much more cost efficient per serving. I'll continue to buy this, but please fix the bottle.

Great product. Fulfills what it claims: no sugars, just electrolytes. Flavor is pleasant with a salty kick. You control how much product to add to your water so get the taste to your liking or needs. I have LyteShow in my water bottle for exercise, hydration during the day, at meals. Highly recommend.

I am a runner and this past summer while training in Virginia's heat I found myself waking up to cramps every night. I drink a lot of water so I'm confident I wasn't dehydrated but I was definitely losing a lot of water on my runs and no matter how much I drank, I couldn't kick the night cramps. I tried taking in more potassium in the form of bananas hoping that would reduce my night cramps but wasn't seeing results. I decided to look for an alternative to sugary sports drinks so I read up on a variety of products and customer reviews and decided to give this product a try. OMG, what a difference! Now I don't drink water without it. My cramps immediately stopped. After using the product for a couple weeks I noticed that my normal knee pain and fatigue had subsided... I can't say with certainty that this product had anything to do with that but I'm a military vet who's battled knee pain for years; I constantly use glucosamine with marginal results. I used this product through the summer while I trained for multiple races including a marathon in October. Not only did I use it in my water bottles between runs but I used it in my hydration pack during long runs. Through all that training, all those hundreds of miles, I never had any more issues with cramping and my knees haven't bothered me since I started using this product. TASTE: I was skeptical to try this initially because of some of the reviews about the taste. Don't let that sway you. I don't know what those users are doing but when properly diluted the taste is minimal... don't like the taste, dilute it more. I've been through more than 10 bottles of this stuff now and have never had any flavor issues with any of them. I let my sister-in-law take a pull from my water bottle and she couldn't even tell I had anything in it; she's now a customer! I did put a drop of it on my finger and try it without water... blah! You've been warned. It's like a mix between salt water and bitters but as previously stated, when diluted as instructed, it's virtually flavorless. When I mix it it so I can taste it, it reminds me of water with lemon in it.
