Has a working fan
For the price you get it for it’s nice and it does work, however the PlayStation has to be powered on for it to charge the controllers and for the fan to work.

Good product, but....
I like the cooling system. The fans run so quietly I had to take the ps4 console off of it to make sure it was working. It holds the console very secure, I have no worries of it falling over. Only thing is, if you have a skin on your console, you may want to remove it. The stand has rubber gripping pads to hold your console in tight, which is great, but it will damage your skin. I don't have much of an issue with this considering I can't see it while the console in in the stand, and I'd rather replace a skin down the road, than a new game console.
