These cooling pillows have been a great upgrade for my sleep. The shredded memory foam provides nice support while still feeling soft and adjustable. I like that the pillows keep their shape and don’t go flat during the night. The cooling fabric really helps if you tend to sleep warm. Finally I got to try the pillow, very soft and comfortable. I never had the best sleep before using this pillow. It's cooling and feel like sleeping on a cloud. Great customer service and great pillow

Partner says it's the best thing that's ever happened and has helped his back/shoulder pain tremendously. I personally think it needs to give you more fluff or whatever the filling is. Because the tiny bag that comes btwn the two was not enough! However, still comfy, filling is nice and fluffy like a cloud.

I've bought so many pillows over the years looking for: Comfort Moveable firmness Not too firm Side sleeper Squishy This pillow gave me the best night's sleep the very 1st night. It's a perfect pillow for all types of sleeping. I've bought them all from expensive orthopedic to cheap dollar store offerings. I can't use enough adjectives to describe the comfort. It comes flat and has microfiber squishy pieces in it. A zipper lets you add additional included stuffing. It was when I opened the zipper I realized I could fluff the stuff and then the pillow grew and took on firmness but softness. It's both. Just buy it. It's the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. When I travel it may need it's own luggage to go with me.😉

I have been using this pillow for a while now and failed to write a review sooner. I LOVE IT! It is very comfortable and supportive and allows me to adjust the high spot for maximum comfort. I've told many friends about it and some have bought with the same feedback. Yes- there is an unusual smell in the very beginning but quickly goes away. Very happy with the purchase and comfort of this pillow!

Amazing pillow but really really full so I had to remove a pile of foam from it.. meaning it will suit those looking for either high or low pillow! And the cool side DOES work!!
