Well, I don’t usually do abs, so this thing is legit TO ME. Like I was struggling to do it in the lowest position (hardest level) and I could feel the burn. I’m giving it four stars because I’ve only had it for one day and I don’t know if it will last or if it will break. I’ll update if it does. Putting it together wasn’t too hard because the instructions are good. I did have trouble putting the last bar on because it was bent (took a picture) but I had a crescent wrench and just tapped it down and it eventually went in. I do have ding marks on it now, but whatevs, it works. It doesn’t take up too much space, it feels sturdy, and it has a lot of different options. So yeah, I think it’s worth it.

I am 5' 2" and I have thin legs with this said I struggle sometimes to get into a sit up position on this machine as there is not enough space to get your legs/knees into a comfortable position. I struggle and as I mentioned I am not big. This machine is also meant to be for someone already lightweight. The parts to this equipment do not seem to last for long. It currently works well for me but I see this breaking soon. Look at the think a screw that holds your body weight is. It has the thickness of a pencil. I am also not able to fold it to be put away. Thankfully it does not require a lot of space.
