This is pretty much watery PVA glue. The methods in the videos look easy to use but in reality unless you have huge cavities underneath your tiles, this won't work. The videos don’t indicate which situations it doesn’t work in. They don’t tell you what to do if you have those plastic spacers. I felt misled by their easy video. A huge waste of money. I’ve returned it and I ended up grinding the grout and using an epoxy grout.

This is a great product and does the job. The trouble is the when using the trigger gun the product comes out the back even if you don't use too much pressure. You can end up wasting most of the adhesive. The tubes in my view need a complete redesign

Does a good job. I had a problem as the three nozzles were packed pushed inside each other. I removed the first one screwed it on cut the end and nothing came out, squeezed the trigger again and glue everywhere but not out of nozzle. After cleaning up me, the floor the fix it tube etc, trying the next nozzle with the same outcome , I eventually discovered the cap from the following nozzle was jammed tight inside and couldn't be dislodged. Once I sorted that out the actual tile job was a doddle. Great stuff, very runny but that is what makes it flow under the tiles. I actually had to lift the edge of the tiles as they but together with no grout to drill into. As a 68 year old lady I would recommend this stuff just watch for the nozzles or you might stick yourself to the tile as well as waste the glue.

Worked perfectly. I used the thin metal nozzle to get under a lose ceramic tile. If you watch the YouTube videos beforehand you'll know exactly how to use the product. From the negative comments it seems most people don't. The only issue I had is that I needed more than I originally thought and bought three more tubes.
